Large, spacious and clean house, very good on-site service. Remarkably well equipped kitchen.Used it in October. Lots of great excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.

Went to the Chalet Dorf in Sankt Englmar for the second time in autumn 2023 and were thrilled again. On the one hand because the holiday homes are very clean, spacious and comfortable and on the other hand because the sauna and hot tub make for a very relaxing short holiday.There are many leisure activities available in the surrounding area in and around Sankt Englmar, e.g. mountain and forest hikes, mountain bike tours, ski slopes, play area for children (Family World), forest treetop path and much more.Since the journey from LK Straubing is not very long, we will be happy to come here again in the future.The only drawback to the houses is the somewhat sparse kitchen equipment (e.g. salt/pepper, oil, dishwashing utensils, etc.). A lot could be achieved with little effort ;-)

Beautiful accommodations with space for a whole group or even 2 families with children. Highlights include the sauna and hot pot for heating yourself.It is an advantage if you bring a small ax and, if necessary, grill lighter. Supermarket is nearby.A good base for all kinds of activities.

Visited here with a small family for a few days (November 2023). We really liked the house from the first impression. Great welcome and good introduction to the hot tube, which of course we heated up right away.Of course the sauna was also in use straight away.The bread roll service also worked without any problems.We were very satisfied with the service and offer that was offered all around. We will definitely come back because our dog was allowed to live in the house! Big praise and see you again

Beautiful houses.One or two little things in the house could be improved. A mirror and one or two additional shelves would be great.Sauna and hot tube in the house, very pleasant.

They are really great houses and the whirlpool is a real highlight! Wolfgang is super nice and is available to give advice and support. The chalets are suitable for families but also group trips. Thanks for the nice days!

Super clean and really nice location of the houses. Great and nice welcome! There are many excursion options in the area with children. Bread roll service in the morning, what more could you want?At the beginning of December it was a bit of a task to find an open restaurant in town, but the operator of the establishments can't do anything about it... but the local Edeka also offers great food to take away :-)Your own sauna and whirlpool complete the offer.We would love to come back!

Beautiful holiday homes in Sankt Englmar. The houses were built about a year ago and are therefore still fairly new.We were here as a family with children. The highlight for the children was the whirlpool, which had to be heated with fire. Firewood and lighters are provided.The houses are fully furnished and have three bedrooms, two showers with toilets, living and dining rooms with an open kitchen. There is also a sauna in the upstairs bathroom.The host is very friendly and helpful.There is a bread roll service at the local Edenhofer bakery. The rolls and pretzels there taste very tasty.During your stay you get the AktivCARD Bavarian Forest, which allows you to visit many excursion destinations and attractions free of charge.

The chalets are still new, modern and you therefore feel very comfortable. Unfortunately there are neither cleaning staff nor a breakfast service. The equipment could also be improved and expanded in small ways. Unfortunately, the wood for the hot tub was very wet, which is why we had a lot of trouble getting it on. Overall, nice chalets, but still need improvement in many respects. The department head was very friendly and helpful.

We (3 generations and a dog) felt right at home in the chalet. Everything was new, modern and clean. Communication with Benjamin went perfectly and he really took care of all matters (big thanks again). The sauna and the hot tub were used extensively, even on summer vacation. Due to the location on the edge of the forest, we were able to sit very privately on the terrace.Interesting to know:There are houses on the edge of the forest that cost a little more. But the sun doesn't really come onto the terrace here (absolutely no problem in summer).There is a Wama in the complex with which you can easily do 2 wash cycles for €3 (dryer also available, costs €2. There is a clothes horse in the house itself).The parking spaces are NOT at the house, which means you have to walk to the houses with all your luggage and shopping (here our handcart was worth it)The booking includes the erlebnisplus card, which offers access to many attractions for FREE. That was also a big plus.

The perfect vacation for us. You could do a lot with the guest card. The whirlpool and sauna were great. And also big compliments to Benjamin. He was always there when you needed him. We'll definitely be back!

The chalets are all newly built and modernly furnished. There are point deductions, for example: for the poor WiFi when there are a lot of visitors / the heating through the infrared panels on the ceiling, which means the floor is cold / doormats in the entrance, everything is wet in winter.The Hotpott (Hot Tub) is simply great and great for relaxation. The sauna is very spacious and heats up very quickly.There are enough parking spaces available.The reception could be better signposted.Thanks to the super friendly service from Benjamin, the nice young man at the reception, the points deductions from above are all offset. No matter what small problem there was, he helped us immediately or took care of it.All in all a very nice facility and we will definitely come back :-)
