Room simple JH standard. Not as nice as in the photo online! 4 of us stayed there for one night. The logistics in the dining room are poorly planned for the guests. Definitely full in summer due to the additional guests from the barrels. Unfortunately, the kitchen has deteriorated. Not worth it for the price.

Super nice rooms, we had a barrel and even with 4 of us in a barrel it was cramped but really comfortable and very, very nice. Environment is really great. You can even get around a lot by bike!

Very nice petsonal, good kitchen, if you book a ton, not enough toilet and shower facilities. This is possible for improvement.Everything is available for children!

School trip with a 3rd graderThe children are having a great time. You are surrounded by pure nature. The lake with a swimming area is within walking distance, a trip to Rheinsberg to the castle with a visit and back with the steamer via the lake pier is directly at the hostel. The herbalist did herbology with us on site and each child was able to make their own herbal vinegar and take it home with them. The location in the forest makes it possible to hike, build huts and explore.Rooms are simply but functionally furnished. Each room has its own bathroom.Little space to accommodate all the suitcases. The kiosk on site is a real hit. The children love the fart slime in the cup, mood rings and sweets of course. The playground, barn and courtyard are popular.Games room and cinema room are available. The food is suitable for children and tastes good to very good. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free products are available on request. The chef is incredibly friendly and very kind and attentive when dealing with the children.A water refill station is always accessible. The hostel management is also incredibly warm and friendly. You immediately feel welcome. An absolute recommendation for every primary school class trip!!!!

We were there with 7 children. It was outstanding, every single child never had the feeling that it was boring for a day. The boat rental is worth its weight in gold. There are also many outdoor games available to borrow. We recommend it to every family and group. The food was always very good and varied. Thanks

Nice and clean rooms, great surroundings, very friendly staff (except for the somewhat brusque Jh-Father). The food tastes good.Accessibility is a bit complicated and is not made easier by JH (the public bus cannot take 2 classes and does not run very often).

For a youth hostel, good. The hut we were in wasn't in the best condition and the food didn't really taste good. But we still had a pleasant time.
