Big disappointment!! Better not book. I was passing through for one night and didn't have any great expectations given the price. But still: the reception was basically not occupied. Keys and registration forms are in envelopes on the counter, along with a request to put the completed registration forms in the mailbox along with the spa fee. The room was super old and the bathroom musty and all the fittings were completely calcified. The previous used toothbrush cups were still there and the toilet wasn't clean either. Balcony boards are already completely rotten and in some cases only half existent. Breakfast was presented by a young man in dirty sweatpants who first helped himself to the guest buffet with his hands. Absolutely no go!! Coffee was terrible and the rolls were rock hard. Nut nougat cream was liquid. In mid-October, no heating and no staff that could be contacted!!! Really a shame!!!

As a family we stayed at this hotel for 1 night at short notice due to a family affair. We wouldn't have chosen it for a family vacation. Nevertheless, I would like to give some feedback. Positive: very large rooms, beds were ok, breakfast was actually ok too. Based on the negative reviews, I expected much less choice.Negative: very old furniture (rustic oak) and old bathroom equipment. Unfortunately, when I turned on the shower, brown water came out for a few seconds (2nd floor). That doesn't have to be the case. Bathroom generally very musty, probably from the drain. Unfortunately the balcony wasn't inviting either with rotten boards. Nevertheless, I give at least 3 stars because it was a cheap accommodation and you shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel for this price.OK for one night, but if you're staying longer and don't want to spend more money, you shouldn't expect much more. Still, it's a shame that more isn't made of it.

The bathroom is very old, the shower walls are very unaesthetic and the radiator is rusty. There is no shower lotion. Only a small piece of packaged soap lay on the edge of the sink. The television picture was an imposition. The baked rolls for breakfast were the cheapest kind and the coffee was very bad. The buffet was manageable and just a small plate with sliced cucumber and tomato is definitely not enough. We were the first to have breakfast. We were unable to observe whether anything was added. We only used the hotel as an overnight stay. We cannot recommend a longer stay there. Breakfast should be available from 7:30 a.m. However, the service staff wasn't finished with the buffet at this time and we had to wait a while.

So the only positive:Clean and spacious single room. Unfortunately the rest was a disaster. We're talking about service here... We didn't experience any. Was here last weekend (13/15/09). The room was poor old. Heaters aren't turned on until October - which hasn't been allowed for a long time - then one of the three of us had to cancel at short notice due to a death, but the 90% of the price is happily taken away. On Sunday our friend - not a guest as he is currently in rehab in Bad Füssing - wanted to have breakfast with us. Since he has been a guest here several times and has recommended this accommodation to new guests, I politely asked that it would be appropriate to accommodate us in the price of breakfast. Unfortunately I was just left standing and the man at the reception went into the office and slammed the door. 15 euros for a breakfast with the cheapest white rolls, the cheapest cold cuts and cheese, without words. If you're lucky, you'll get an egg, but it won't be cooked again. A few slices of cucumber and peppers, if gone then gone. I can't see anything positive about it at all. Here you are not a guest, just a disruptive individual. Once and NEVER AGAIN.Anyone who is unable to deal with people and criticism should urgently think about a career change.

Centrally located, clean and really particularly hospitable. After reading some of the reviews, we were a bit unsure, but we can only wonder how dissatisfied some visitors are. My wife has asthma and a herniated disc; neither the mattress nor the air was uncomfortable for her. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The furniture may not be the latest, but it is well maintained. Ultimately, in the spirit of sustainability, we think it's right to preserve good things and not succumb to consumerism. We also had everything we wanted at breakfast; including fresh fruit and whole grain bread. Thank you for the beautiful days and this crazy price-performance ratio. We'll definitely come back :)

I would like a small fridge being present in the room but other than that the room was comfy. Some shower gel might also be of a help. Good value for money. Breakfast was great!

Stuck in the 70s! Musty, dark, no guest service! Poor, soft mattress, dark brown as the dominant color in the room, tiny bathroom. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes until I could check in. Breakfast is a dismal joke of cheap baked rolls and cheap cold cuts. The coffee from the fully automatic machine is undrinkable. Only the orange juice is okay. Never again! The term “spa hotel” can almost be seen as an impertinence here.
