Nice place right on a natural lake. We rented a mobile home for 4 people for a weekend from Friday to Sunday due to a silver wedding anniversary nearby. There was very good facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. (One of the bedrooms is definitely only suitable for children as stated due to the size of the bed. In the short term, however, the beds are also bearable for adults with some compromises in comfort) Bathroom with shower. It also includes a fairly large garden with a garden shed for bicycles and a barbecue. The natural lake is easily accessible on foot and offers many opportunities for swimming, paddling, rowing, etc. The Salem Seebar restaurant, which serves delicious dishes and is within walking distance on a very beautiful path along the lake, is definitely worth a visit. The farm shop right next door has everything you need as a camper: rolls, bread, vegetables, but also cakes, etc. Unfortunately, there are also negatives. The gas supply was obviously not checked before we moved into our accommodation. The heating failed at night due to two empty gas bottles, and showering in the morning was therefore not possible because there was only cold water. Our complaint when we left on Sunday (registration only opens at 10 a.m.) was responded negatively by pointing out that there were other sanitary facilities with showers and toilets on site. If a mobile home has a shower and heating, we would like to be able to use them. It's a shame, we were expecting a somewhat more accommodating regulation here.

I've been a long-term camper for 25 years and have always loved it. But this year I had to realize thatThe sanitary facilities on the A squares look catastrophic. It smells like urine, the floors and showers are very unclean. I have the feeling that people are just messing around. The toilets, like the Pessoa basins, are very dirty, the edges are calcified, and in any case you don't like going there anymore.I hope they get rid of it. Otherwise no complaints, I'm happy there.

If you like unclean places and THC-loving neighbors and don't really care what toilets and showers look like, then you've come to the right place.

The lake is great, the campsite is a bit uncomfortable in places but has a lot of space.
