"Our experience at the Mayd restaurant was exceptional. The welcome was very warm and the service was simply excellent. The attentiveness of the staff was remarkable. The food was excellently prepared and lovingly presented. The price-performance ratio was also excellent in terms of quality and Portions fair. There is a small play area for children. We will definitely come back."

We had a wonderful celebration here with friends and family for our 60th birthdays.The weather cooperated and we were also able to use the lovely beer garden under the trees. The hospitality with fresh and regional cuisine was fantastic and at fair prices.Guests who had traveled further afield were able to use the cozy rooms and raved about the breakfast.We can confirm the positive reviews from previous reviewers.Many thanks again to the super nice “host couple”

I was there, but only for dinner. The service is very nice and tries to implement customer requests quickly.However, I would fire the cook. The food was very poorly seasoned, and the mini portion contained pieces of meat that were far too large

Very nice old building in a great and quiet location. The rooms are modernly furnished and very clean. Absolutely lovely, friendly and caring host couple. The cuisine is regional and very, very tasty.We'll definitely be back!

We have been coming to Dechsendorf regularly for many years to visit my family in Erlangen. We are very pleased that the hotel and guesthouse have found such great tenants again. We felt very comfortable and the individual breakfast was very tasty. We would love to come back.

Very attentive and friendly innkeeper who responds to the wishes of guests (allergy sufferers). Very nice atmosphere in the Gastsrube; in summer you can sit outside under large trees. The menu is clear and includes regional dishes - good, home-style.

We had booked the inn for a 50th birthday for 30 people.From the champagne reception in the afternoon to dinner, everything was perfectly organized. The cook puts her heart and soul into it and gave us good tips on the design and choice of food. The rooms are very nice, the service was perfect at all times and the celebration was a complete success. It is also nice for non-resident guests to book a room in the house. Would recommend at any time, not just for celebrations.

We had dinner at this inn today.We were really very excited.I haven't eaten a better Schäufele in years.The meat was very tender and the crust was indescribable, you have to experience it to be believed.We also had a side salad and it was fresh and prepared with a very good dressing.All in all, a Sunday meal as you would expect it to be.So we can only recommend this inn and are surethat we will soon be coming back to eat here on Sundays.So thanks to the kitchen and also to the lovely hospitality.
