And another restaurant that we can fully recommend in Beilngries.We were greeted in an extremely friendly manner and shown to a free table, even though we hadn't reserved. The menu and drinks came quickly. We felt cared for.We can particularly recommend the game burger: a loose bun, delicious sauce, pumpkin pieces and tender game meat. - You don't get something like that everywhere.But the mushroom cream schnitzel was also of very good quality: tender and fresh mushrooms, fluffy spaetzle as a side dish.We were completely satisfied. - What more could you want?!

My absolute favorite hotel, not only in the Altmühltal, but also far beyond. The historic house is great, during the renovation a lot of emphasis was placed on preserving the substance and the core.The rooms are well equipped, modern, quiet, with nice bathrooms and good beds, all in all just right.The Fuchsbräu team offers a fabulous service, from cleaning to kitchen, from restaurant to reception, from conference support to the bar, everything well above the standard you would expect. It is the team and the very strong, human leadership that make the difference to other hotels I regularly visit.I have now had every kind of event and stay at the Fuchsbräu. We held a short private coffee stop, meeting, day workshop, weekly seminar, even our wedding reception at the Fuchs - every time it feels like home.So really a strong recommendation!

I was your guest as part of a hiking trip.Nice, clean room, food was also great.The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, and in the evening we always had a 3-course menu, and here too everything was tasty and sufficient.The service staff was always friendly and tried to fulfill any special requests.All around great, gladly again

I can only rate the restaurant. We wanted to eat on a Monday evening without a reservation. The waitress was very stressed and unfriendly and said she didn't have anything for us without a reservation. When we asked whether a table would be available later, she said in a very unfriendly tone: 8:30 p.m. at the earliest.To be honest, we were absolutely disappointed by this unfriendly treatment. If we hadn't had a voucher we would have left and never come back.We were able to get a table through reception. The lady at the reception and our waitress were very friendly and the service was also very quick. The food was okay, but quite expensive.All in all, I wouldn't come here again. It's a shame, so far I've only heard and read good things.

Breakfast is OK standard.The food was also OK, it's just a matter of taste, so it's a neutral rating.The staff is very nice and helpful.The sauna area is not a wellness oasis but is still appealing.The beer garden has a great ambience that invites you to linger.Overall a good hotel

Great! I would like to stay here longer. Located in the middle of the old center with modernized and beautiful rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly! And the breakfast was great. The food was very good.Unfortunately I wasn't able to try out the sauna and fitness.

We stayed at Fuchsbräu (stopover) for one night. The hotel is centrally located. The room was modern and very clean. The small downer was that it was very warm and therefore the room was heated up accordingly. In the evening we visited the beer garden. The service was very courteous and friendly. The quality of the food was convincing.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is offered. Here too, the staff is friendly and helpful.All in all, we can highly recommend the hotel.
