We stayed in the Deichresidenz in apartment 1 and were extremely satisfied! Furnished with taste and very clean, the large balcony and the location of the apartment were great, you can get to the harbor just as quickly as you can get to the shopping street and the sea reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes.

We were here over the weekend to switch off and escape from everyday life. This apartment was the perfect place for that. We felt very comfortable and nothing was missing. The hosts are incredibly friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and looked after. There is nothing missing in the apartment. It is very large, furnished with love and the kitchen equipment in particular offers everything you could wish for. Since the accommodation is not located directly in the center of Büsum, you have a lot of peace and quiet, you can look into the distance over fields and you can even watch a wonderful sunset from the couch. In addition, the starry sky in the evening is absolutely amazing 😍 but you can still get to the action super quickly and can go for a walk by the sea and have a great meal. Thank you very much for the great hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Excellent!!!!Lovingly furnished holiday apartment! You immediately feel right at home and enjoy your holiday from the first moment, in a very quiet yet central location. The Lehmann family is very friendly and accommodating!We have been there 3 times and are already looking forward to next year!September 2023 with the Lehmann family...Like the last few years...We were once again welcomed very warmly by the family, and the apartment is simply beautiful, comfortable and you can immediately feel like you're on holiday...it's a little out of the way but still central...Simply wonderful and would be recommended to everyone !!!We have already booked again for next year and are really looking forward to it...Manu and Klaus

We had a ground floor apartment, which is very central to the harbor, beach and pedestrian zone. His son gave us a very warm welcome and handed over the apartment with good information as Holger (landlord) was unable to attend. The holiday began with the apartment, which is beautifully furnished and a special compliment to the cleaning staff because it was very clean. In the evening we also met Holger Lehmann; he was interested in our well-being. A very friendly and nice person, he is always there for you. Vacation again and again 👍🤗 Great.....

My two children (5/7) and I are going to the Lehmann's for the second time.The holiday apartment is close to the family lagoon. It is very nicely furnished, quite large for a holiday apartment and you sleep very well in the beds. The garden invites you to relax and unwind. The Lehmann couple are very friendly and helpful. My children and I really enjoyed our vacation and will be back next year.

The apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Location was also great. It was a 5-7 minute bike ride into the city. You could rent the bikes without paying an extra fee.The dike wasn't far away either.There are two rooms on the upper floor which can be reached via a narrow staircase. There is a TV in every room as well as downstairs in the living room.There is a bathroom and an open kitchen with dining area.Unfortunately there were a few cobwebs in the upper rooms as well as in the living room and in the open kitchen. Otherwise everything else was fine.Otherwise we were really happy with the holiday apartment and can recommend it.

Straightforward 5 stars: super nice landlord, great apartment with everything your heart desires, very cozy and spacious, rustic large garden for small and large explorers, great walking distances for short walks, quiet 4.5 minutes by car to the city ( also easily on foot or by bike), isolated property with fresh North Sea air from all directions, parking very easy and safe, unbeatable price/performance ratio.Holger, the landlord, has another property in Büsum called Deichresidenz on Deichstrasse, which we will definitely test out. In any case, the Lehmann holiday apartment is worth a second, third,... visit.

The apartment was nice and close to the sea about 10 minutes to the dike. There are great leisure activities in the region and the city of Büsum is great. In addition, the landlord was/is very friendly.

A very nice large holiday apartment, the rooms are very spacious. There are 2 TVs and also free WiFi. The landlord is also very nice, you get 4 bicycles for your stay and if you want he will bring you something from the bakery. Ultimately I can recommend the holiday apartment.
