Hotel Nautimar

We were able to book our suite spontaneously for 2 days at a very good price.The location is very central, on a somewhat quiet street. The hotel is very easy to find with the navigation system. The underground car park is large and well lit. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. However, the lady forgot to explain some important things about the hotel to us; where does breakfast take place or where the wellness area can be found. For me, this is part of every hotel check-in.Our suite was very cozy and warmly decorated. Many little things were thought of. We had a room with our own sauna. We found it a shame that there was no emergency button in the sauna in the room. In addition, the sauna always turned higher than we had set it (without infusion). You have to get the oils for the infusion at the reception - we weren't informed about this when we checked in.The bed in the room was much too hard for us personally. A softer mattress would have been more comfortable. The TV had all the streaming services that you could easily log into with your own account, which was very good for the evening.The breakfast was delicious; Despite the rather small buffet, the selection was completely sufficient. Unfortunately we were neither greeted nor served by the staff at breakfast. Coffee is brought to your table by the staff; you cannot get it yourself. Unfortunately no one came to see us on both days and we were overlooked. The first morning we pointed this out and they apologized and brought us coffee... everything's fine, it can happen. But exactly the same the next day. All tables were served in a friendly manner and coffee was refilled several times - only we were overlooked again. We were already disappointed then.Overall we can recommend the hotel. It is a very good and significantly cheaper alternative to other hotels in Büsum.The staff service could be made more attentive in small areas.We will recommend the hotel!

Great new hotel, lovingly furnished

Stayed in Büsum from October 20th to October 25th, 2024 in this beautiful hotel. We had a suite that was great like the others. The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was also good, the service was nice and I can only recommend the hotel👍👍👍👍👍

Central, cozy, top staffAny time !!!

Wants to be good. But it fails because of 3 - 4 similar hotels in BüsumYou have to pay €1.50 for a fried egg, but there is only one body wash/shampoo in the shower for a double room. Neither sea nor Hagen viewLighthouse or Bretterbude are of the same quality, but are a lot better.But it won't be posted anyway because Google!

Beautiful, cozy hotel furnished with a lot of love.The reception was more than wonderful. Everything was shown to us upon arrival. The breakfast is really delicious. If you can't find anything here...
