Very well-run holiday apartments right on the dike and 5 minutes from the city center. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and are well equipped. All facilities are state of the art. WiFi, network and telephone included. Flat screen TV in every bedroom and in the living room. Really highly recommended for people with disabilities.

We stayed in an apartment in the new building for a week. Very nice apartment, spacious rooms, modern furnishings and above all: finally an apartment with more than enough storage space. Kitchen well equipped, everything you need is there. Large balcony with a view of the dike. I suspect higher up apartments have sea views, we were on the ground floor. The path to the sea is very short, you just have to cross the dike. You can walk into town for shopping in 5 minutes. A baker is about 100 m away. Parking for 3.50 euros per day. All very good and recommended!

Guys, this accommodation is amazing. This is our second time there and definitely not the last time. For your information: We are between 54 and 63 years old and are going on vacation to chill, relax, enjoy and don't need any more trouble, but that doesn't matter here because it's for young and old. They have an old building and a new building, but you don't notice ANY difference. The apartments in the old building have all been renovated and are in top condition in terms of furnishings. Great floor, great bathroom, bedroom with super comfortable bed/TV, the living and dining area is super nice and has everything you need, regardless of whether you're on holiday there for 3 or 14 days. From the old building there is even a bridge (which can only be accessed by Seegarten guests) which leads straight to the promenade and you are on the water. So get out of the room, on the second floor, there is the bridge, over the bridge and you are in the sea. We are there on the 3rd floor and 2 minutes from the sea from the room. You can rent a parking space and the staff is very, very nice, helpful, friendly, etc. There is an elevator in both houses. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We'll definitely be back. Great, clean and large apartment on the 1st floor, with everything your heart desires, unfortunately with little light in the evenings. The view of the dike was perfect. You can go directly to the beach from the old building, which is great for disabled people. When you ask a question, you get the right answer straight away. There was a small downer. The many chicks with your nasty long legs in the apartment. About 10 of them in one day and at night they buzz around your nose while you sleep. A fly screen would be appropriate. But despite no Smart TV, we'll be back!!!!!

We can only recommend the facility to everyone. We had a wonderful, incredibly clean and well-equipped apartment. High quality furniture, a very comfortable bed and balcony with sea views. The location is unbeatable. A bridge leads directly to the dike, and in 5 minutes you can reach the city center and the swimming pool. Highly recommended, especially with small children. The owners were very friendly. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Extremely clean, well-kept and lovingly landscaped apartment complex, directly connected to the dike with its own bridge. All rooms face the dike. Highly recommended!

5 stars are far too few.The house, the apartments, the whole complex, everything is immaculately maintained, super clean, very tastefully decorated. The hosts are super nice. The view of the sea is unbeatable. We really feel very comfortable here and will definitely come back.

Very nicely furnished in the new building. Very clean, both in the apartment and on the entire property. Good organization and nice operators. Quietly located directly on the dike. Also suitable for people with walking difficulties.Conclusion: Highly recommended.
