Not even worth a star, as already written before, only cold water, the rooms were totally dirty and ice cold. I left straight away, I'd rather sleep under the bridge!

The rooms cannot be locked (neither the individual rooms nor the "holiday apartment"), and the next morning - surprise - a strange man stood in the apartment and went into the bathroom. An IKK facility from an older semester wouldn't be so bad, but the functionality of the facility is partially lacking (toilet flushing broken, constantly running; hot water not sufficient, (also at the risk of repetition) all the room doors cannot be locked, so I... I didn't feel comfortable leaving valuables there or even that someone could go through my things...) even the friendly greeting doesn't make up for that. Unfortunately I can't recommend it...

Book something else for heaven’s sake!In my opinion, the pension should not be called a pension. Maximum hostel. We stayed there for one night because we were invited to a birthday party in Schönebeck. Many accommodations had rejected us because of our three children and so, due to a lack of alternatives, we gave “Pension Heike” a chance despite the bad reviews.At first we took the "nostalgic flair" with humor. The furniture and the last renovation probably date from the 1960s. Probably the dust too. The boiler has a maximum of 5 liters of hot water, after that there is only cold water. Good thing we didn't have to shower there.The landlady was friendly, but didn't tell us that the bathroom, kitchen and living room were apparently intended for shared use. That wasn't clear from the floor plan either. In any case, in the morning there was a strange man standing in our bathroom. Something like this MUST be pointed out. Especially since the bedrooms or anything at all weren't lockable. While we were away, someone (I assume the landlady) inspected the rooms and turned on the heaters.It's an absolute no-go. No trace of privacy. In fact, other than the friendly greeting, I can't find any positive points. I had been struggling with my house dust allergy for a long time there. The beds are also worn out, the floor gives way by several centimeters.The low price is far too high for that.We can only clearly advise everyone against it.

I was recently in Schönebeck with my family and visited the Pension Heike Lorenz. We really liked it there. The owner was always willing to listen to us and the accommodation and breakfast were excellent. I will recommend it to others. Thank you for the wonderful time .

I was recently in the guesthouse and I was very satisfied, everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. The owner is very nice. I will definitely come back. I can't understand the negative reviews, it's not true at all. Definitely recommended.

How can you offer something like that to people?This borders on bodily harm, there are splashes on the wall next to the toilet, the towels are dirty, cobwebs everywhere, a musty smell, the furniture is falling apart, my colleague's ceiling is almost falling off, the smoke detectors are hanging there as decoration because there are no batteries in them are, despite requests not to do so, the rooms are unlocked and checked every day, you can forget about showering because the boiler is 1 liter, there is only one socket in the basement where all electrical appliances are attached, the fridge is full of mold, the list could go on and on. If it were possible then I would give 0 stars for this dirty place!

Not recommended at all. We were there for two weeks and are glad that it's over. As mentioned in the other reviews, there is only cold water or boiling hot water for showering, washing hands, etc. There was also no cooking surface, which is why you could only eat ready-made meals. Sockets are not intended for personal use. The fire alarms are empty. My colleague's bed was sagging so he slept on the sofa. The sleeping cabins are separated from each other by a plastic sliding door with a small padlock and there is only one key, which is why you always have to agree. Shops can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes and the nearest train station is 12 minutes away. We were very disappointed with this accommodation as it is a lot of money to pay to live there. If possible 0 stars ABSOLUTELY WRONG PRICE-PERFORMANCE RATIO

In the guesthouse there is only cold water for showering, you are not allowed to have visitors (long-term guests), it is far too expensive (price-performance ratio), guests are just being ripped off.Rented rooms are checked daily without the consent of the tenant.
