We were at a 2-day seminar (insurance company) on October 29th. - October 30, 2024 with overnight stay in the hotel. Clean rooms. You could sleep really well in this quiet location. Very good and freshly prepared lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet top. Fresh cold cuts, delicious rolls and I got a delicious cocoa upon request. I'm not a coffee drinker...In the evening at the counter: great service. It was full. Still very friendly and accommodating. All wishes were taken into account. And that with the stress. Respect for your work!The service is worth highlighting. We were completely satisfied.This country hotel is highly recommended. Terrific! And this is not an exaggeration.The owner shook our hands to say goodbye. Where do you have that today?Many greetings to the Landhotel team.

VERY NICE AND GREATLY LOCATE HOTELYOU FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE FAMILY-RUNNED HOTEL.THE BOSS IS SUPER NICE AND ATTENTIONAL.I would like to highlight the kitchen, locals also come to eat here, the very nice rooms and the nice staff.AS WELL AS THE VERY GOOD PRICE-PERFORMANCE RATIO.I WAS ALONE ON THE MOTORCYCLE.A GREAT TIP FOR ALL MOTORCYCLISTS LOOKING FOR A BASE FOR THEIR MOTORCYCLE TOUR IN SAUERLANDI WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE MORE OFTEN NOW.

I only visited the restaurant/beer garden. It was supposed to be a break on a motorcycle tour with a drink and refreshments. The innkeepers greeted me in a friendly manner and pointed out to me that at the moment only the snack menu could be ordered. After briefly studying the map, which was also illustrated. I quickly decided on a tight Max for an impressive €11.50. The whole thing was shown on the menu on a very large plate with two large slices of rustic farmer's bread with ham and two fried eggs as we know it. The whole thing was decorated with pickles and a little lettuce. So it was promising for me and the price was justified. When my meal was served to me, I was really amazed. Just a slice of bread, which is still quite small, served on a relatively small plate. There was practically no value for money at all. I called the landlord over and explained to him the situation and that I wasn't prepared to pay €11.50 for such a small portion. He asked me what we were doing now and I told him I would pay for the drink and look for another place. He had no problem with that and offered me the drink on the house. I refused and paid for the drink and left. I only give the two stars because the situation was at least handled reasonably sensibly.Since my first impression was confirmed by the innkeepers' ability to take criticism, I am also happy to increase the rating by one star. We'll see if I'm back in the area and I'll be happy to give it a second chance.

Very tasty food! We were in the restaurant without staying overnight and we all ate very well. The goulash soup was well seasoned and the meat was very tender. There was something for the little ones to paint and the service was very attentive. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with luxurious rooms. The breakfast is rich and everything that comes from the kitchen is very tasty. The owners and their entire team take great care of their guests. We had a great hiking weekend with our group.And the Willecke family also made sure the weather was good 😉

Room was clean but also very hot at june 29, mosquitos, bugs everytime gets into the room from window, one of the worst night ever, there were no restaurants around but interestingly eating only french fries at hotel restaurant was the best idea to have dinner, village is awesome, silence and peaceful. It's a place that you want to have some time with your old friends,

Absolutely top class!!!We were greeted very friendly and given a wonderful room. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed yesterday, but we got a great recommendation ( Treibgut Serpesee ), which is not a given. The breakfast was very tasty and offers everything you could want at a very, very good price, so you can't complain. Including the great, very friendly staff, the great location and facilities as well as the cleanliness, really highly recommended, you won't regret it.

Free room upgrade. Good breakfast and very tasty dinner at good prices.Nice quiet terrace for a nice beer.Near Sorpesee. Tip walk S around Sorpesee. 22 km.Friendly service.In short, all great. Recommended.
