The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and there is always a bottle of water available, which is unfortunately not so common these days. The hotel is close to the highway, but you can't hear the highway when the windows are closed. Personally it didn't bother me. The breakfast is impeccable. Every request is catered for, e.g. preferring orange juice or multi-juice, grains or normal rolls. Plenty of selection of cheese and sausage, yoghurt and muesli 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Keep it up.Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and that's very nice. I always enjoy coming back 😊

Nice location in the middle of the forest, but also on the highway. I hardly slept because the windows are only semi-tight. The room was originally a smoking room, because unfortunately it smells extremely like smoke, which I found annoying.

Super nice hotel, you immediately feel at home and if you still know the history of the hotel you appreciate every little thing❣️We will definitely come back as we are in Hanau regularly. Price performance = unbeatable!!

We stayed at the Hotel Waldschlößchen a few days ago and felt very comfortable there.The family that runs the hotel is super warm, accommodating and attentive. We immediately felt welcome. Our room was clean, with a balcony and a large bathroom. The generous breakfast was unbeatable. We found a lovingly laid breakfast table. The selection was varied, something for everyone.We were even prepared fresh eggs of our choice.If we are in the area again, we will come here again. We were looking for a dog-friendly hotel for a few stays in Hanau. It's almost like a "coming home" feeling every time. Everyone is super friendly, there is a rich breakfast and the rooms all have good facilities.Our dogs were always warmly welcomed and treats were left in the room.When we are back in the Hanau area, we will come here again!

I discovered this hotel near Hanau by chance. The location is somewhat remote on the one hand, but close to the highway on the other. But I hardly heard them at night, so that wasn't a problem. The equipment is rather simple, but it is clean and the mattress was great!The big surprise was the really rich breakfast with very good coffee and fried eggs, as well as a large selection of sausages, cheese, fruit,... In addition, everyone was really very friendly and I felt really comfortable right away!If I am in Hanau again, I will definitely book a room again 😊

Not obvious at first glance, but it's a really great hotel. Right on the highway, I was lucky from the room and barely heard anything. The staff is more than friendly. Very attentive and accommodating, I never expected breakfast like this and was more than pleasantly surprised, very rich, there was even fresh scrambled eggs and good coffee. The room is simple but very clean. If I'm in the area again, this hotel will be my choice again. Thank you and best regards from Munich

Good hotel in the forest. Only the neighboring motorway is a bit annoying, but the staff is very, very friendly, the rooms are clean and a rich breakfast buffet is also offered. Thanks to the very nice owner couple.In any case, we would like to come back

It was my first time at the Hotel Waldschlösschen with my dog.A very quaint hotel, very well maintained, great rooms and a relaxing atmosphere.The family is incredibly warm and accommodating! I felt more than comfortable.Every wish, no matter how small, was taken into account and met with a lot of attention and warmth.My room was very well maintained and clean. I loved the personal attention for my dog: homemade treats and another bag of dog biscuits.The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and varied.The scrambled eggs are prepared fresh and personally for you. You can also get tea or coffee as desired, orange juice and other things individually.I would like to thank you for the pleasant stay and I would like to come back.

I stayed at the Hotel Waldschlösschen with my dog for one night and felt completely at home.The family is incredibly warm and you feel really welcome :)The rooms are clean and the breakfast is unbeatably good for the price! Lots of choice and something for everyone. My dog also got homemade dog biscuits!If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back.

Our stay at the hotel was just super pleasant, great small but nice hotel right by the forest and yet central to Hanau.The hotel owners are just so friendly and accommodating. They put in so much effort that we didn't miss anything. The operator even went to 6 bakeries to get spelled rolls because my friend has a wheat flour allergy.Our dog also felt very comfortable and there was even a little surprise for her in the room. We can highly recommend the hotel and it wasn't the last time we were there.Thanks so much

Very warm welcome. Dogs are also very welcome here and there was even a surprise for our furry friend. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. The breakfast is rich and very tasty.The room was very clean. The surrounding area is perfect for walks.

A small but nice Garni hotel, which is located just outside the town. But right in the forest, and our dogs (Dogo Arg. & Amstaff) were very welcome, where you can do your walks. The nearby A66 motorway doesn't bother you, even at night, as solid roller shutters are installed. This will be our choice again for the next dog training with Eva. The hosts are very friendly and dog-friendly. For breakfast there is everything your heart desires (see photos) and, if asked by the hosts, scrambled eggs. The room was a bit small with our "monsters" and dog boxes, but everything fit, so complaining at a high level. We will be back!Update:On our second visit to the Waldschlößchen, the hosts gave us a slightly larger room because the "fat man's" box really needed a lot of space. For this attention there is an extra star🌟! And the breakfast was again, as usual, incredibly delicious! Thank you
