We were a group of 23 adults. We liked the rooms and were just right for overnight stays. The location is very nice, quiet and in the middle of nature. We went to the beach, but it was a bit too far for us to walk. The food was really good! The staff were friendly and helpful, you felt welcome.

We were there at the beginning of June 2023 with two school classes from year 7. The rooms are really good and, above all, possible in all possible combinations, always with shower and toilet, some designed as suites - like small apartments for children in a school class. The area is really great, with lots of leisure activities, fire pits and retreat points and in the basement there is table tennis, foosball tables and much more in the basement. We particularly liked the warm nature of all the employees there. Thanks for the great week!!!

The facility is definitely not suitable for families with fit wheelchair children who are independent as all the technology such as doors and lifts do not work. For a long time now. Despite this, we were allowed to arrive without saying anything.For anyone traveling without their own vehicle, it is important to know that there is no real local transport connection here. There are only taxis. There is no sea there.We arrived as a group.The furnishings as such are acceptable, but for the current price you can get better offers almost everywhere.We won't book here a second time.February 3rd, 2023 Update: Afterwards they tried to have my negative review removed.

Dear Hauke and the entire team, humanity is very important to you, a family atmosphere and much more. We couldn't have wished for a nicer end to the old year... thank you very much for that. A big thank you also to the kitchen and food was delicious and fresh, just great.Keep your warmth and kind nature, we will come back and look forward to it!!!!

It was just beautiful there. Very calm and relaxed and easy going. Many things to do with children are possible. Bus connection. 5km to the beach.

The “hostel father” is incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at 12:30 a.m. and he waited patiently for us the whole time, but was still in a good mood and friendly. We had a family room with its own bathroom, which was absolutely big enough and clean.We can only recommend the youth hostel.

Very nice and friendly staff throughout the hostel. The rooms are typically functional but clean and completely fine. Also typical is the lack of a television, but there is free WiFi. I really liked it here.

Value for money is great as a family. Our children loved it because each of our rooms had a balcony. The gardens invite children to linger. Even when it rained there were opportunities to play in the main building. The staff is always on site and willing to help if you have any questions.

A very nice youth hostel.The rooms are great, the price too.The employees are very friendly and did everything great.The contact with Mr. Möller was particularly great.We booked with breakfast and we thought it was great.Sufficient bread and rolls. Even crispbread was provided.You could get juice and water for free all day long.A large playground also invites you to stay there.We thought the 2 days were great and will definitely come back.Anyone who has a complaint should go to a hotel. It is a youth hostel after all.
