It's really perfect if you're traveling with kids. A gaming dream came true. It is exactly as described and it met all expectations.

Perfect for us. Great for families...last year Strandweg, this year Triftweg. In the apartment there is also a stool for the children, a high chair and children's cutlery. Handcart for every apartment. Cozy beds and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The yard with various children's vehicles, bookshelves and games cupboards is really great. Laundry can be washed for a small fee and if you like, you can also use the sauna for a small fee.

There were 8 of us in the apartment.It was in June. The apartment was clean and bright. The play area in the garden was great. The reception was very nice.We still won't come back.The apartment was for 8 people. You couldn't stay in the upper rooms during the day because it was far too warm. It was terribly stuffy at night. When you had to go to the toilet at night you were really afraid of breaking your neck on the steep stairs.There was also only one toilet, which is simply unrealistic for 8 people.But I found the biggest drawback was the washing machine. I pay four euros per wash cycle? For the holiday home rental price you can put a real washing machine in the apartments, and not just a half (feels like 3 kilos) for 8 parties.

Wonderful winter vacation! We stayed in one of Mr. Stern's holiday apartments for 5 days in January and would come back at any time. The location of the apartment couldn't be better - shops, a bakery, a forest for a calming walk and the train station are practically on the doorstep. The Baltic Sea itself can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. The apartment itself (we moved into one of the apartments on the higher floor) has everything you need. Nothing was missing for cooking, a fireplace ensures coziness, a large dining table ensures sociability, the bathroom is extremely spacious with showers and a large bathtub and, as an absolute plus, even has its own sauna, which reaches temperatures of up to 90 degrees within a few minutes. The 2 balconies offered opportunities for refreshment. Everything was very clean, well maintained and equipped with attention to detail. We were even greeted with gifts and found the communication and processing with Mr. Stern to be very pleasant and uncomplicated. We'll be back in the summer, looking forward to being able to use the family-friendly community garden in the sun and wishing Mr. Stern and his family all the best until then. A clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful holiday in a loving, child-friendly and perfectly furnished apartment. A special highlight was the shed for young and old with pedal cars, board games, sand toys for the beach and toys. We would like to say a big thank you to Ms. Langosch for the perfect and attentive support on site. We would love to come back.

The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved.Access to the upper bedrooms is only possible via a very steep slope and is not suitable for older visitors.You only find out after booking that bed linen and towels are only available for an additional charge, which is questionable.
