Ah, the mini room number 3 – a true gem of the hotel industry that broke our hearts. The basement room measured about 9 square meters, a generous area if you use a broom closet as a reference. It contained a bed, a kitchen and a sink, while the shower and toilet were hidden in a cozy 2 square meter corner. The actual conditions had so little to do with the photos and descriptions on the website that we suspected the images came from a parallel universe. After just one unforgettable night, we left the establishment - deeply disappointed and enriched by a valuable life experience.The interior was a true work of randomness, a curated collection of furniture pieces obviously drawn from different decades and tastes. The shower? A highlight! Black mold in the joints that made us feel like we had accidentally entered a mold cultivation laboratory. Cook? An impossible dream given the lack of space. Even after a major renovation, this room would only be suitable for a single person with extremely minimalist lifestyles.The Internet was a loving throwback to the era of dial-up modems, while the lack of air conditioning turned us into a mobile sauna. Opening the windows? A wonderful way to satisfy your neighbors' voyeuristic tendencies.Our complaint to Booking.com was handled with the utmost courtesy and understanding. Unfortunately, the accommodation was just as merciless as the mold and refused a refund. Booking.com proved to be a savior in an emergency and offered us wallet credit as a gesture of goodwill, for which we would like to thank you very much.After a week on the bike and several excellent accommodations, this accommodation was a bitter low. An imposition that defies description. It takes a special kind of chutzpah to rent something like that.In the end, however, we are grateful that we were able to escape early. The remaining days in Lübeck an der Trave were wonderful – thanks to Booking.com.

We stayed in apartment 2 over the New Year, comfortably furnished in the attic of the house with everything you need! Everything clean and accurate!The landlords are also very nice and totally helpful! You can be on the beach in just a few minutes!We can only recommend it!!!

We felt very comfortable there. The landlords are very nice and very helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything and the best thing is that you can look directly at the sea from the bed. You can rent bicycles there. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with the accommodation and would be happy to come back again. They deserve 4 stars.

I moved into the small room under the stairs. It's tight, but has everything you need. Ideal for a solo traveler and a bargain in terms of price anyway. Unfortunately it was quite noisy, which was disturbed by some loud fellow guests. I'll never understand why you have to constantly slam doors that have a handle. The cleaner, on the other hand, was very friendly and accommodating. It's not far to the beach, and it's about 1 km to the center and shopping opportunities. Overall, I found the seclusion and peace I was looking for.

The beds were terrible, the furniture thrown together was a matter of taste, why is there a TV in the bedroom if it doesn't work? Price-performance ratio is not right either way

Good accommodation with nice landlords. Bicycles included. About 500m from the beach. Not suitable for severely disabled people or wheelchair users (stairs). With use of the garden and furniture and barbecue.
