We discovered this pearl in the Jagsttal 18 years ago. Ten years ago the hotel was very elegantly and extensively renovated. This time we had a junior suite on the upper floor with access to a roof terrace with a small seating area and a wonderful view of the Jagsttal. The bathroom was a bath area with a walk-in shower and rain shower. All the furniture in the room and in the hotel is made of solid wood, a large lounge on the ground floor with a bar, bookshelves and sofa seating areas looks feudal and invites you to relax and linger. In the afternoon you can get delicious pastries and coffee as an addition to an all-round successful hotel stay. The restaurant lives up to the hotel's four-star claim, but also in terms of price. The service in the hotel and restaurant was excellent. We'd love to come back.

Gastronomy excellent! Local cuisine where not only the cow but also the potato is known by name!We always enjoy coming back. The reviews refer to the restaurant, unfortunately Google doesn't differentiate between them.

We were looking forward to a gourmet lunch - unfortunately in vain! It was mediocre and probably prepared with ready-made sauce - stomach problems in the evening! Fish was out and the menu was very modest... …

We were here only for lunch. The location of the Jagstmühle is very nice, and the ambience on the terrace by the water is really pleasant. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the menu was quite small and didn't really offer much choice. What doesn't fit here in my opinion is the price-performance ratio. I ordered an onion roast for €37, where you could choose three side dishes (each additional one costs €5 (!!!) extra). The portion was very small, a few vegetables and not very many spaetzle. The quality of the meat was good, but for €37 I would have expected a lot more, especially since the side dishes were unfortunately just convenience food from the wholesale market. I also found it a shame that sodas like Coca-Cola were only available in 0.33l and not 0.5l.

The Hotel Landgasthof Jagstmühle is a beautiful hotel. It is in an idyllic location directly on the Jagst, surrounded by forest and meadows. We felt incredibly comfortable and were able to round off our vacation very well. We had a fantastic family room with a door to my parents. The staff is very friendly and fulfills your every wish, so that you are completely happy. For us it was a journey into a time when the clocks stop and you can simply regenerate. Thank you very much for this incredibly wonderful stay. My children really liked it too.
