We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment.The location was ideal – quiet but still close to all the main “sights” and activities. The apartment itself was clean and actually had everything you could need.The hosts were friendly and helpful, were always available to answer any questions and gave us valuable tips about excursions and restaurants nearby. You really felt welcome and we will definitely recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back!Great offer on the farm too, especially for children (pony riding, bread on sticks around the campfire, etc.)Great play barn for the kids.

We are more than satisfied with our little break at Ferienhof Höper. Our daughter was particularly enthusiastic about driving a tractor, riding a pony, feeding the animals and having a campfire with stick bread! The booking was completely uncomplicated, on the morning of arrival there was a WhatsApp with the activities of the week including the meeting point. The apartment was clean and tidy. We would definitely go there again :)

The farm is designed to be very family and child-friendly (playgrounds, trampoline, play barn, Kettcars…) and is family-run. Mr. Höper is very friendly, uncomplicated and accommodating. For example, he was able to spontaneously give us a tractor ride - our son was happy 😀 LikewiseFeeding animals, pony rides and stick bread/campfire were offered.The terraced houses are well equipped and offer plenty of space for one or two families. This is the third time we have visited Avendorf with small children and we would love to come back!

Personally, I have been going to the wonderful farm for 25 years now! Now with my own family. We know the Höper family and always enjoy coming here. It feels like coming home. It's not luxury but very cozy and warm. This is important for us. Small activities are offered for the children such as pony riding, driving a tractor, feeding animals. There are regular campfires with stick bread for everyone. This also brings you into contact with other families on the farm. We now know the holiday apartments and holiday homes. All are very comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. In the garden there is a trampoline, a playhouse and a small playground. There is a play barn for evenings and in bad weather. There is an extra small playground at the holiday homes. There is enough parking space and a place to store bicycles.We love it here! And some of them are already on vacation, booking their next vacation 🥰We look forward to the next few years with you! Kind regards, Yvonne

We felt very comfortable with the whole family. Our terraced house was well equipped and tastefully furnished, the contact with the landlord was very, very friendly. There was even a campfire and bread sticks including a nice chat. We'd love to come back!

We stayed at the holiday farm with the family for a week and were thrilled! Very nice surroundings and loving hosts. There are also lots of things to discover and a great program for the kids: bread on sticks around the campfire, pony rides, petting rabbits and feeding chickens. Thanks for the great time, we'll be happy to come back :-)

The holiday on the farm was nice and pleasant all around. Everything that was necessary was there.Even in bad weather, we were able to use the lovingly furnished play barn, which had plenty of options for all age groups: from the ball pit to the large covered Kettcar course.The additional leisure activities organized by the Höper family, be it bread on sticks around the campfire, pony rides, or feeding chickens and rabbits, show the loving treatment of their guests and the passionate conviction in running the company.We wish the Höper family continued success and look forward to a vacation soon.

We are currently (unfortunately) spending our last day at the beautiful Höper holiday farm. We are here with a four-month-old baby and two children (6/10).We are very satisfied and the kids are really excited.We live in a lovingly furnished holiday apartment that offers enough space for the five of us to make ourselves comfortable after long days outside. But there are also much larger accommodations if you want.The area offers many activities for the children (large playground, meadow with wooden horses and trampolines, great play barn, hall with vehicles) and they can move around completely independently. There is also a small program during the week (3x pony rides, feeding the animals, campfire with stick bread) and lots of children to play with.🔥🌾🎈🐓🐇For the adults there is a well-kept sauna area and a nice and special island brewery right next door. 🍻 The outdoor area invites you to relax and play with the kids (e.g. footy, badminton).The location close to Fehmarnsund and Burg is also very practical.Fehmarn also has a lot to offer and it never gets boring. 🏖️☀️ 🌊! Bad weather here is usually still pretty good if you come from the north 😅.We are particularly impressed by the top price-performance ratio and the friendly hosts Peter & Jana. 👏🏻We would definitely come back!

I can't comment on the farm, but ongoing negotiations/ongoing communication about a rental property for holiday purposes are simply broken off abruptly and it is simply rented out to someone else. Impossible. If you make offers, you can't immediately rent to someone else and the offer was gone. Either I offer something or I leave it... you're having a conversation and at the same moment you say oh sorry, it's already gone. It doesn't work at all. Very unsatisfactory, just not customer oriented at all rather than customer friendly.

We were at Höpers for the first time with three generations and felt very comfortable. A friendly atmosphere and a clean and lovingly furnished holiday home. We can definitely recommend it.

We had a very relaxing and lovely family holiday. The children love the yard. The house was very clean and we quickly felt at home. The children were able to quickly make contact with other children. The view of the fields from the terraced houses is very beautiful. The hosts are simply great...The only small drawback was the road between the terraced houses and the farm, so our children couldn't go into the farm alone.

Nice accommodation. But the farm is only for people who don't know farms. Anyone expecting something big will be disappointed by the 7 chickens, 5 rabbits and 4 ponies. Otherwise a bit noisy but good.

A wonderful place. The commitment and warmth are simply unique.We had the perfect farm holiday here with our children with ponies, rabbits, chickens, cats, campfires, etc. Our holiday apartment on the farm simply invited you to feel good. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Laundry facility with small change available.Right next door is a brewery with a beautiful little beer garden. Simply fantastic in the evening. The sea is within walking distance and invites you to have a breakfast picnic. The slightly busier beach with promenade e.g. B. in Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car.Thank you very much for this relaxing time. It was simply wonderful.The website could be updated when the opportunity arises. Due to the minimum booking time stated there, we almost didn't inquire. It would also have helped us to know that e.g. B. Sauna towels are available.

A fantastically beautiful holiday farm, especially with and for the kids. Daily pony rides and the rabbits were the highlight for our daughter, and the play paradise in the barn was for our son. A lot of time for the parents because the kids are on the go all the time. You can also sit in the Fehmarn Brewery's beer garden right next door and it's still just as accessible for the little ones. The shared campfire with stick bread in the yard was also really nice. And after a windy day of surfing, head to the sauna. Simply perfect! The hosts Peter and Jana are super nice and always there if something is needed. We'll definitely be back!
