We have been here several times, on 3 out of 4 visits we can give 5 stars, the service and train are all well maintained and all the employees try hard to do justice to every customer, even when there is a lot going on.Unfortunately there were a few discrepancies during the last visit - but I would like to thank the managing director, Mr. Lamen in particular could be eliminated in an unbureaucratic manner.We'll definitely be back.I have to admit that I first gave a negative rating, but is it fair if everything goes well 3 times out of 4 visits and not everything goes well once to give a 1 star rating just because of 1 time - I have come to the decision that it is not fair - everyone should be given a new (2nd) chance.

Went bowling with kids. When I wanted to pay, the EC device didn't work. Didn't have enough cash with me. No alternative was offered, the boss didn't want to issue an invoice. After about 1 hour!!!! While waiting, I slowly became loud and was allowed to withdraw money. When I got back I asked if Fanta could go on the house as an accomplice for any inconvenience, and all I was met with was a laugh...Bowling wasn't bad, but the staff was unfriendlyI don't go there anymore, but everyone should have their own experience.Addendum: if I write down everything that was said verbatim then I would need 3 pages. After 50 minutes!!!!!!!!! I got impatient while waiting, yes, sorry, I just wanted to pay and leave. As a customer you are treated very badly and unprofessionally!

We wanted to go bowling... It wasn't written down... We wanted something to eat... Only two dishes. The older lady said that there were problems at the moment, so only two meals... Wanted to play table football... 2 men were missing... It wasn't possible to play on the machines either because there was no change... Go figure own opinion...

The stay itself was nice, the rooms were clean and sufficient. ONLY: I haven't received an invoice after several emails!!! I don't know what the business practices are like in this company, but maybe. Does the tax office care?!?!?

Unfortunately, it is not clear how a reservation for 9-pin bowling can be made. After 6 phone calls with different people and two emails that still hadn't been answered for days, no reservation was made.Very unfortunateRevision: After another request under a different name, a reservation by telephone was possible. There was a lot of polite staff on site. The music was actually very loud, but not unpleasant. By the way, you don't need to rent shoes, which means the price is more than fair. There was always staff present to answer technical problems and provide explanations. The quality of the tracks differs from each other.

The management has been unable to send the promised invoice via email for over 4 months. After the 6th question my patience is at an end. You can only trust people as far as you can see them. I don't even want to know what doesn't happen behind closed doors, what we take for granted. If you also depend on the invoice, don't pay if you don't get an invoice directly. In retrospect, you won't get it either.PS: A colleague from the same company has the same problem with this house 😒Addendum: After 5 months we finally received the invoice, unfortunately only after I had set a deadline of less than an hour before I called the tax office.

Our stay at your hotel was simply wonderful! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We immediately felt comfortable.The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view from the window was breathtaking!The breakfast buffet was varied and freshly prepared. We were able to enjoy the delicious food and drinks to the fullest.We were also impressed by the sports facilities and offerings. There was a wide range of activities to suit all tastes and fitness levels.All in all, our stay at the Sporthotel Öhringen was simply perfect. We can't wait to come back and look forward to our next visit.

We were only in the restaurant not in the hotel. We like to come here just to play billiards or darts. However, according to a waitress, the dart machines have been sold and the pool tables and tables have seen better days.Now to the actual reason for the complaint.We had already been at the pool table for 45 minutes and no service had come to us yet. Yes, we saw that there was a larger event and at this point they had already gone downstairs to play bowling and the tables had been cleared away. We asked this waitress, who had just cleared the tables, whether we could also order something, and she said she would come straight away. It would have been fine up to this point, but after another 15 minutes, there was still no one there.So we went to the counter and complained again, then the "boss" came (introduced herself that way) and took our order and the complaint about the waitress. When we went back to the counter another 2 hours later, already at least 1 hour without anything in the glass, and even took the glasses with us, we were told to please put the glasses in the tray, which the waitress did at that time I've probably been sitting at the counter for half an hour. When we later went to a normal table, two glasses were empty again, and the waitress wasn't interested in this either.So my conclusion:You will probably always receive poor service here, as it hasn't happened this way for the first time. But it won't be like that again since we were there last time.

This was our third time at the Sporthotel to play bowling/billiards. Every time the service gets worse. And that's why this was our last visit! At billiards, despite there being 5-6 women behind the bar, you had to wait 45 minutes until drinks could be ordered after you had requested several times. Unfortunately, all the waitresses overlooked the fact that the glasses were empty at some point. Only after you brought the empty glasses back to the bar could you order more there. When these drinks were empty and we sat in front of an empty table after the game, no waitress thought to ask if we wanted another drink. And some waitresses walked past.-> For customers who are not interested in food and drinks and/or like to clean up themselves, I can recommend the Sporthotel!Otherwise, look for an alternative.PS: The quality of the billiard cues is poor!

The service is a complete disaster!Most of the waitresses just stand around. You should allow for waiting times of almost half an hour to be able to order!!

Very good bowling facility in Öhringen.There is a wide range of games to play on the screens; either everyone against everyone, or in teams.We always come here when we go bowling.The price-performance ratio is really good:The price per lane and hour is by far the best in the area, the selection of bowling games is great, drinks and food always come quickly and there is also enough parking space.

Stayed here at the hotel for two days and had nothing to complain about. Price performance was perfect. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. The bowling alley was the highlight. :)
