We stayed in the Nelke house. The first thing to mention is that it was really very clean. The house wasn't super new, but because of the cleanliness, that didn't matter much. Unfortunately the bed was really very uncomfortable and soft. But that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately the riding instructor was ill, so we had to make do with temporary help. I would have liked to have known that a little earlier, then I would have looked around further to see if I could continue taking lessons somewhere. Nevertheless, everyone tried very hard to compensate for this. I deduct one point for keeping small animals. In my opinion that is really too small. And the animals never see green grass or have the opportunity to dig. Since there is so much space in the yard, I would like to see some improvements made here.The Hof Café is nice. There are always fresh cakes and, above all, fresh bread rolls in bakery quality. I would actually like something more for the play barn. Unfortunately, the hockey area was full of tables, so we didn't use it anymore. The playground for children is great and was used intensively. The small vehicles were also great for the children. The location is ideal, especially if you have a dog with you. There is a fenced-in dike about 2 minutes away by car where the dog can run freely. Our house wasn't newly built, but there are still many small houses on the site, some with hot tubs, that are brand new.Overall, a really nice farm, in family hands.

The Lafrenz farm can only be recommended! The houses and the yard are clean and tidy. The operators and employees are always there for their guests and always courteous - no wish is missing! The farm shop and the farm's own bakery provide the culinary cherry on the cake.There are vehicles for the children, a huge range of indoor and outdoor playgrounds (in all weather conditions) and the horse riding is also very great! You can tell that the animals feel comfortable there and are treated well.The general island destinations can be easily reached from here in 10-20 minutes by car.We are thrilled and would love to come back.

We rented the Strandläufer holiday home for 10 days and were not disappointed. The house was perfect for 2 people and our two dogs.In the morning there were fresh rolls and eggs from the farm shop/farm cafe and in the afternoon delicious cake.The next vacation with the Lafrenz family has already been booked.

We were on the farm for the first time. We rented a barrier-free bungalow. Everything was great, we felt at home. It was particularly pleasant that the farm cafe was there. Great: fresh rolls in the morning and very tasty cakes in the afternoon.We'd love to come back!

Great holiday homes,Modernly furnished and large. Leisure activities with pony rides, playground (very large trampoline is worth mentioning here), large toy vehicle fleet and a play barn for rainy days.Great courtyard cafe,Pies are great. Unfortunately, we only tried the breakfast on the last day of our vacation, and this also leaves nothing to be desired. From savory to sweet, everything is there. Before that we took advantage of the bread roll sale, which was also very good.The only minor drawback is that the internet, both WiFi and mobile data, is slow.

We've been going to Nico and Ulrike's for breakfast for years and it's always a great experience! Everything with a lot of attention to detail and always plenty!!Very nice staff!Great breakfast buffet!Highly recommended!!!!

We stayed in a relaxation bungalow with two adults, a 15-month-old child and a dog.These are spacious, modernly furnished and have everything you need.The junior had fun in the whirlpool tub, the parents were in the outdoor whirlpool every evening.From here you can watch rabbits, pheasants and deer in the field.The houses are arranged in a ring and in the middle is a large playground with an excavator and bobby car fleet.The play barn is ideal for passing some time on rainy days.Of course you shouldn't forget to pet the horses and goats every day 😉In the farm cafe you can buy fresh bread and rolls and of course everything you need for a good breakfast.We had breakfast in the café on the first and last day, which we can highly recommend. You should also try the cakes.All in all, we were very satisfied and would love to come back!

We spent 1 week on the Lafrenz family farm.We liked the family-friendly nature of the farm.The children didn't miss anything and grilling the stick bread was just great :))Unfortunately the kids are very sad and would like to go back to the ponies Charly and Flicka, but we have lots of photos to reminisce about every day :))The sunset from Haus Nelke was also great :))

Wonderful break!There are so many things that make the farm special: horses, farm shop with fresh bread rolls every day, great extra activities for kids (tattoos and hair braiding, etc.), playground and barn, clean, beautiful, well-equipped holiday homes, whirlpool , deer and rabbits in sight, .... We shopped there in the farm shop, there is a great selection of bread, butter, milk, meat, sausage, cakes, juices, liqueur, eggs, and much more. It is also possible to view the cows, from calves to adults. Keeping the animals on lots of straw is simply great👍🏼

First of all: We have already been to the Lafrenz family farm twice and have already booked our third stay. One visit was to a roof terrace house and the other visit to one of the relaxation bungalows. The process from booking to reception is simple and uncomplicated. Both stays were wonderful. Ms. Lafrenz gave us a very warm welcome. Both accommodations are excellently equipped and leave nothing to be desired. Since we are traveling with two children and cannot and do not want to take endless luggage with us, having a washing machine on site is important to us. Both accommodations offer this. The bread roll service is great and saves you having to walk across the courtyard to the farm cafe in the morning, where you can buy bread rolls and fresh sausages as well as cakes. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast offer there.Both accommodations have a sauna. The luxury bungalows even have a jacuzzi (a type of whirlpool at around 37.5°C). It was incredibly nice to get into the beautiful, hot water first thing in the morning, even in winter, and start the day like that.The two bathrooms in the accommodations are spacious and stylish.For the children there is a playground on site and a few (pedal-driven) pedal cars. In addition to a slide and a climbing castle, the playground also has a trampoline.In addition to a table tennis table, the play barn also has a table football table and an air hockey table that can be used free of charge. Inside you will also find a small digging box and a mini trampoline for the very little kids. There is also a small area that can be used for football or hockey.For us, who traveled by electric car, the (chargeable) charging option directly on the farm was an important and simplifying factor.As mentioned at the beginning, we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

Wonderful, lovingly furnished accommodation. The landlady is very nice and always present. We really liked the attached farm cafe, everyone was always friendly and attentive and everything was very tasty. We'll be back!

Nothing more is possible! Great atmosphere on the farm, tasteful, new and very clean accommodation. Everything was perfectly thought out. There is something for children to play and discover everywhere. The “downtown” and the beach can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Dream vacation!

Dear Lafrenz family,You have created a paradise on your farm for small, large and animal guests that fulfills every imaginable wish. On the occasion of our silver wedding anniversary, we spent a week with you in the “Muschelstrand” relaxation bungalow with our elderly dachshund Nero.The decor is very inviting and cozy; The facilities are perfect, very well maintained and clean.From the first minute you can unwind and relax.You, your family and your employees are very warm and gave us the feeling of being welcome. We really enjoyed our discussions together, even though you had your hands full.Your breakfast buffet and the delicious cakes, as well as the extensive range in your farm shop, are a dream. Not to be forgotten is the wonderful view over the magical landscape. In the morning at breakfast we were able to watch the horses and were visited by a few deer and a cheeky bunny.Our stay for our silver wedding anniversary with the many lasting memories was the best gift we could give ourselves.We will be happy to come back and wish you, your family and your employees all the best and, above all, health.PS: We have just booked again and are looking forward to it 😃
