Dear dog ownersWe stayed at this hotel a few days ago. Dogs are allowed but not welcome. There was neither a bowl nor a simple blanket for the dog. We had to carry breakfast to our room in the pouring rain because dogs were not allowed in the rooms other than the room. There was also no alternative space for dog owners. That was an absolute disgrace. Apparently I received an email saying this. If I didn't, I would have canceled immediately. There's nothing about it on the website either. There is a table outside on the terrace. Something that is too fresh to eat in October. So, we had to eat breakfast on a mini table in the room, and my daughter took the footstool. Scrambled eggs were only made to order, and overall the breakfast wasn't exactly the best either. There wasn't much on offer, little choice, mostly empty. Room 9 was clean, unfortunately the bathroom was incredibly small. A tall man would have trouble going to the toilet with a closed door. The bad weather had brought earth and sand into the room. Unfortunately, this wasn't even removed by the dry cleaners. After I complained, the 14 euros for the dog were waived. The location is very quiet, you can easily reach everything by bike. These can also be rented on site. You can store your own bicycles there. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very comfortable, and where our dog is not welcome, we are not welcome either. The hosts have a strange manner that doesn't exactly defy friendliness. Still, they tried to make an effort. In the pictures you can see the table on which the two of us were supposed to have breakfast. And the wet tray that had to be carried to the room. We were also told that we could put our dog in the car while we had breakfast. No... it's clear...

The friendliness of the owner was really great. He prepared delicious and fresh scrambled eggs for us every morning. Although we didn't use the minibar, the prices were absolutely fine.The “friendliness” of the owner was really extremely special. When you arrived you were immediately reminded that you were there 15 minutes early and that it wasn't for nothing that they had set their check-in times to 3 p.m. If we had been told to please wait another 15 minutes, this wouldn't have been a problem at all. Upon entering the room we were quite amazed at the size of the bathroom. According to the pictures it is a fairly large bathroom where 2 people could easily enter the shower, unfortunately this was not the case at all. Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bed sheet had some stains. Unfortunately, when we complained about this, they didn't even apologize for it. We should leave the room so that the cleaning fairy can change the bed in peace. Unfortunately, the towels weren't really clean either. Room cleaning the next day was a hit. At 8:45 a.m. our room door suddenly opened and the cleaning fairy, who unfortunately didn't speak German, stood in front of us. Unfortunately, knocking is asking too much here too. We were really looking forward to the breakfast as it was highly praised in the reviews. Unfortunately we cannot confirm this. The selection was rather small. Unfortunately, the tables are far too close together. If you're trying to be a bit undisturbed here, you're unfortunately in the wrong place. Unfortunately, what has always struck us as negative is the way the owner communicates with her guests. The price-performance ratio simply doesn't fit here at all!!!

A small owner-run hotel in a very quiet location. The rooms are very clean, owners very friendly, breakfast very good. The beach is easy to reach by bike and car. I can recommend the hotel.

A nice hotel with very friendly staff. You will be warmly welcomed and informed about the domestic and local conditions as well as the excursion options. The rooms are very spacious with a small terrace in front, which makes the whole thing very idyllic. Unfortunately they are a bit dark for my taste and one or two cobwebs can be found. The breakfast is appropriate to that of a 3-star hotel. The price for the overnight stay is ok compared to other hotels in the area, but is generally a bit high, which is probably due to the Baltic Sea area, where everyone can pay above average for everything. The location is good, you can explore the island both by car and by bike from the hotel. If you can do without a sea view and are looking for a quiet location, this is the right place.

I was very happy with the room in the back area, quiet and very clean. I can also highly recommend room number 9 for a single person. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, questions were answered very politely.The breakfast was very plentiful and the rolls were very fresh and tasty, lots of different types of cheese and something for every taste.

Very quiet and great for relaxing. The owners were very nice and always tried to make sure the guests liked it. Good rooms with everything you or a woman could need. Well-kept garden area with seating and not directly on the street. It's just a stone's throw from the harbor, a very nice route through the fields.I felt comfortable and would like to recommend the Lindenhof to people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

The superior double room with balcony turned out to be a suite with a kitchen, two walk-in closets, hallway and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Everything is very nicely decorated and very clean. It is absolutely quiet in the room. We were also able to bring the dog with us.The WiFi is a bit slow. This is due to the island’s internet connection.The breakfast buffet is very good and rich. It will be freshly prepared at the ordered time. Scrambled or fried eggs are brought fresh to the table.The hotel is run by the Jakoby couple. They are very friendly and helpful hosts.The location of the hotel in Sulsdorf is very easy to reach by car. The nearest beach, near Orth, can be reached on foot (approx. 1 km). You have to drive a little further to swim.Overall, the hotel is worth a clear recommendation.

First of all: All in all a top hotel!This is my second time on business in Fehmarn and I have stayed in this hotel twice so far.From the outside, the hotel has the charm and character that you would expect from a hotel on Fehmarn. From the inside you will be surprised by the modern furnishings and spacious rooms!I've been in two different rooms so far, both extremely clean and both times with very nice, modern furnishings that convey a sense of comfort.Conclusion:Top hotel, with modern rooms, very friendly staff and first-class breakfast buffet!Thank you for the hospitality'

We received a very warm welcome with our dogs, the owners are very friendly and respond to the guests' wishes.We had a very large room with a nice balcony. It was clean enough and we felt comfortable. There are plenty of storage options for your own things.Breakfast was delicious and varied, and I also really liked the tea, I have to mention at this point.The scrambled eggs made by the boss - a culinary delight!There were always enough parking spaces in front of the hotel.We found the fee for dogs to be a bit too expensive, but still within reason.We are happy to recommend the hotel and will come back.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The breakfast also has everything you need. Really good.Unfortunately we were given the smallest room, even though we booked well in advance and registered our dog. Apparently it was a last minute booking and no one knew about the dog.

Sweet little hotel under wonderful management. During check-in, the lady will be happy to help you with an overview of the island and offer advice. The room was clean and functional, only the bathroom was very small. Nevertheless, I'd be happy to come back at any time.

Nice accommodation: cozy, clean, relaxed. Friendly staff: not “just” professional politeness, uncomplicated, good tips. Very tasty breakfast: great quality, homemade jams, fresh fruit, freshly prepared scrambled eggs, etc. We were there with children and dogs and felt completely at home. Thanks!
