The rooms and the entire yard were sparkling and very clean. BUT:As soon as we arrived we were shouted at rather than greeted. The owner of the house had an extremely big problem with the fact that we had my girlfriend's parents (whom we had previously picked up at a campsite so that we could have a coffee in the village after our check-in) in the car. But even worse: they also got out and entered his yard!!! He told us in a very rude tone that no strangers were allowed on the farm or in the house. And was just complaining and complaining. After all, that would be in every house rule. If he had sent us the house rules BEFORE we arrived, we would OF COURSE have registered the "guests" too. He seemed very choleric to us and was, in a word, “unfriendly”. We've never experienced anything like this before. He was very easy to get along with all the other guests and always had a nice chat. Just not with us. Maybe he didn't like the fact that we JUST drove the car into some free parking space - in his yard.Too bad! The yard and the rooms were really very, very clean -> in contrast to the landlord!!!!!

Unfortunately, our stay at the Kaiserhof was a big disappointment. As soon as we arrived in the room we noticed that the kitchen equipment was not complete and we only received the missing items after asking. Also, there is no oven, just a microwave. The WiFi is also a letdown. It doesn't load anything, you can't open anything, and downstairs it comes and goes as it pleases. So if you want to work from there on your laptop, you can forget about it. Unfortunately there was no sign of the promised sauna. It was only upon arrival that we were informed that the sauna was not accessible and this was not taken into account in the price. But the highlight is yet to come: the mold downstairs in both children's rooms. When we asked the landlord about it, he said it only happened the week we were there. In addition, he was not aware of any guilt and placed all the blame on us. All in all, it was an expensive experience that we wouldn't want to do again.

Super cozy rooms, very well equipped, with everything you need. It is clean and well maintained. Hans and his wife are really super nice and helpful if you have something.We will be back! And next time with bratwursts from Thuringia 😀😃

We really liked it at the Kaiserhof. The owners are very nice and everything is well maintained. The prices were still very fair. The layout, furnishings and space of our apartment were great. We had one over two floors on the ground floor/basement. There was also a large terrace on all sides of the apartment and, good for families with children, a slide and swing right in front of the patio door. We also had a large dining table where many people could sit comfortably. The kitchen equipment and the beautiful light wooden furnishings are also positive. We would book again at any time.

Went to see Hans and Irena Förmer at the Kaiserhof for the 4th time in a row this year. We are always thrilled about Reit im Winkl and the surrounding area and especially about the Kaiserhof. The apartments are beautiful, cozy and clean. We spent 10 relaxing days in the beautiful and clean facility in winter. We had an apartment facing the main street, but it was absolutely unproblematic and quiet. Ideal starting point for many activities. The hosts are very nice, always helpful and have great tips about the area. A supermarket is within walking distance and there is also a bread roll service (many thanks for the service to the apartment door). The sauna area also leaves nothing to be desired. Highly recommended and we will definitely be repeat customers ;)

The accommodation is excellent. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. No wishes remain unfulfilled. The couple who run the property are also very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back next year.

So-so-so! Apartment was clean ok! Unfortunately the bedroom in the basement was damp and cold, the view and building were ok! WiFi was weak! It wasn't price-performance ratio but ok, everyone has to decide for themselves! The house is managed by tenants. Unfortunately we wouldn't book here a second time. Umbrellas and loungers for sunbathing were provided. Were treated kindly and courteously.

The owner does everything he can to clear the parking lot of snow early in the morning. If you are 80 kilos or heavier, the beds will sag a bit. It's nice to do the dishes in the evening because there is no dishwasher. There is WiFi, but well, every time and register again after 30 minutes, your ski boots are in a separate room, but no heated rack where you can hang them, never experienced that you have to pay everything in advance, otherwise you are threatened with to cancel your reservation, never experienced having to pay a deposit. And occasionally customer unfriendly. Don't think we will go to this address again next year.

We had a very nice stay here. The apartments are clean, well-equipped and very comfortably furnished. There is an outdoor play area for children and the town center is about 15-20 minutes away on foot. There are also shopping opportunities a few meters away. Free parking spaces are available. All in all, a place that is a great starting point for all kinds of excursions, but its location also offers enough peace and quiet to relax. A local, friendly and helpful innkeeper made our stay perfect. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the in-house wellness area due to time constraints. There was just too much to see.Many thanks to the Förmer family for a great vacation! We'd love to come back.

We (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 and 3) spent two wonderful weeks at the Kaiserhof in August.The Kaiserhof is a perfectly maintained complex (it consists of two houses next to each other, connected by the garden) that is run by a very nice family.Mr. Förmer was very nice and helpful at all times and always had time to chat a bit and give us great tips about the area.Our apartment was very nicely decorated, everything in Bavarian style. Very well maintained and as new. The kitchen is functionally equipped, the bathroom is spacious and clean.The Kaiserhof is located on the outskirts of town. Reit im Winkl can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There is even a supermarket diagonally opposite.It was a completely successful stay. We can fully recommend the Kaiserhof and will definitely go there again.
