Loved staying here. One of the best rooms I stayed in on the Kammweg. The goulash is justifiably deserved its high recommendation. Service is exemplary. Well worth the 2km detour from the Kammweg. Substantial breakfast. Good value.

We were here for dinner. Super tasty. Fast service, very friendly, good prices, full glasses. The ambience is really worth seeing. We'll be back, next time with an overnight stay.

Food was okay, it was definitely enough. The best thing was that the schnapps was filled to the top, unfortunately that doesn't happen that often anymore, it was a shame that the guesthouse wasn't that well attended, probably because there are just too many nearby.The rooms are sufficient for a short trip, the floor creaks, which was a bit annoying.Otherwise the rooms were OK.

Parking situation is very special. The landlord is one of the few who still puts his whole heart into it, great food and a fabulous ambience. Large portions are offered at the best prices. It's worth a visit.

Right by the road. Free parking. The stairs up to the room are probably a bit steep. Excellent service, very kind and accommodating owners. The room itself was very clean, spacious and a proper 3 star standard. Missed a slightly larger mirror in the room, there is only one in the bathroom above the sink.Very good breakfast, it was served, but here it's probably just to speak up and you'll get what you want when you miss something.We felt welcome and well looked after.

The two of us stayed at the Gasthaus Am Roten Hammer for 2 nights. The welcome was really warm. The room was very clean and comfortably rustic furnished. The view from the room of the meadows was really nice.We were looked after very well and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. The location is particularly suitable for hiking. It takes about 2 - 3 hours to hike from here to the Fichtelberg. For train fans, the Unterwiesenthal stop of the Fichtelbergbahn is right in front of the inn. The ski area can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.There are also enough parking spaces available.

Food was very good, I didn't stay there so can't say anything about the rooms. Service very nice.
