We spent one night in the Heidepension.From the outside the hotel doesn't look very inviting, but inside we were surprised.The rooms are very simple, but clean and you have everything you need 😊The staff is friendly :)

We used it for a quick overnight stay. Very simple place. The "reception" is inside the restaurant.

We received a very friendly welcome. Check in took place at the pizzeria. We reached the living area via a spiral staircase outside. Very nicely designed voyer. We had room number 5, which was located at the back of the building. So we didn't have any annoying noises or smells from either the restaurant or the kitchen.The room itself was very chic, tastefully decorated and clean. Small, but AWESOME. Bed very comfortable for us.Air conditioning, TV, internet (the required password for WiFi is on the room key), hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo, hand soap, towels, everything is there.Everything in town is within walking distance from the hotel. Even the leisure facility with the Ralf Schumacher kart track and the crazy house etc. can be reached with a good walk.A parking lot in front of the heath, Wilseder Berg is only about 8 km away by car or bike

Went here to visit the Heidepark for one night.The rooms are top clean, size is perfectly okay for one night and the price is also fair.The lack of a reception takes some getting used to and the "safe" from which you get the keys is not locked. Probably not necessary in a place like this, but it still doesn't give you a good feeling. Handing over the keys is also difficult because no one answers the phone at the telephone numbers you dial.

We are here for one night.WE were allowed to take a look at the DOUBLE ROOM in advance.Very nice, clean room, with two sinks, nice bed. WE ate really well, my husband had a very tasty rump steak (just right medium) with great vegetables and salad. I have a very tasty salad with everything. They understand German well and were very helpful. With the WLAN password. Parking space free of charge. We are very satisfied all around, if we come to this corner again, we will book ourselves again. Full marks

Never again!The reception was friendly, but the whole house seemed dingy.The photos of the other recessions correspond to the current condition. The rooms are renovated and clean at first glance, but something subconsciously bothered me.When I wanted to go to bed, I knew something: the bed wasn't freshly made. There was hair in the bed and the cover didn't smell freshly washed!Since the rest of the room and the bathroom were cleaned, I assume that no new bedding was deliberately put on here.I wanted to complain about this, but suddenly there was no one left in the whole house. I then left immediately.I can't judge the quality in the restaurant.

When arriving late, chaotic key situation: open key box, room 3 was supposed to have it, after a telephone arrangement, but the key was gone, probably taken by someone else. Then I took some and got into the hotel via the outside stairs. Room was clean and modern, huge bathroom, good bed, I wouldn't have expected it from the outside. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff nice but rooms so-so.We chose this accommodation for our Heidepark visit because it takes just under 15 minutes to get to Heidepark.Parking your car on the premises is possible if available. Otherwise on the street.The accommodation is on the first floor of an Italian restaurant. The reception is also at the bar, so to speak. Check-in was quick and friendly.Our room looked inviting at first glance. A small but sufficient bathroom, space for the wardrobe and suitcase as well as two chairs and the double bed.Unfortunately the room wasn't very clean. Unfortunately, there was a bit more hair, dust and dirt to be found than one might have expected. We just accepted it and didn't address it specifically.The knockout for us was the lack of warm water. There was slightly warm water for a few minutes and then cold water. We've brought it up a few times and something has been done, but we don't know what exactly. The owner said they had a loss of pressure. We accepted that on the first evening.However, when we arrived from Heidepark in the evening, frozen, it was definitely too cold for us. The owner gave us a room for the night in another hotel (Harmshof).There was finally hot water there.This room was also sufficiently equipped. However, not 100% clean either. Cobwebs on the ceiling, a broken mirror with a sharp edge and slightly broken shutters. Since we had our room on the ground floor right next to the parking lot, the roller shutter was very important because the curtains weren't quite enough for the large window front.I don't think we would stay here again.

We got a room at short notice, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and modernly furnished. Breakfast was served in the nearby sister hotel and was very varied and tasty.

This is a very nice and small hotel. I stayed here for two nights. The room was nice and big and clean. The bathroom is small but nice. Everything you needed was there (fridge, fan, towels,…). The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is great (directly opposite a Lidl and a Rossmann). In addition, the price is unbeatable (great value for money. There is nothing to complain about

Now called La Piazza. Overnight stay: Good and also cheap.Breakfast in the nearby hotel (200m) for around €12 was great!Shower/toilet a bit tight.Food (pizza) is also recommended there. It was also well attended in the evening.
