We were there for 2 nights in our motorhome. The campsite is beautifully laid out and has great sanitary facilities. The parking space is also large. What we found to be a shame and a big drawback is that the restaurant is closed. It is advertised diligently on the website and then there is disappointment on site. We actually wanted to go out to eat and so we hardly had any food with us. There are few shopping opportunities or restaurants on foot or by bike.We also found the campsite to be very expensive. For the price, electricity was supposed to be included, but it came extra. The billing for this isn't entirely a mystery to me, but it's ok.I think the campsite is more suitable for caravans so that you can drive away by car. There are great things in the area, but nothing within walking distance. In our opinion, not suitable for motorhomes if you also want to see something

Very nice and quiet campsite. The area is lovingly designed and the facilities with electricity and fresh water directly on site are very comfortable. The reception at reception was always very friendly. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

For the first time here - and probably the last. Maybe OK for motorhomes or bugalow renters, but unreasonable for tent campers. The campsite is mini, like a spare ramp, there would be room for a maximum of 1 or 2 people next to my one-man tent, that's it. No bench nearby, let alone a table where you could sit down, put down a drink, eat something, look at a map. Just an enclosure with free-roaming, grunting, cute little pigs. In order to get something to eat somewhere (the restaurant on the square is unfortunately closed), I found one in the neighboring town that is open from 5:30 p.m. From 3 p.m. I walked through the cold to warm up (gradually in the dark at under 10 degrees). When it opens at 5:30 p.m. I am asked if I have reserved. Nothing free, not a single chair, nothing at the counter. I could come by again later in the evening. So walk in the cold for a few more hours. You can get paper cups of coffee in the kiosk at the CP reception; a type of tea was only found later by chance. My question as to whether there was a warm place on the pitch given the outside temperature of 10 degrees was answered in the negative without any regret. But they kindly wished me a nice evening at 6 p.m. Cold? Not her problem. Thin, compassionless service, infrastructure only for the “homeowners” among the campers. The only restaurant owner within easy reach, a man from the Mediterranean, fits in well and has assimilated to the point that hospitality has become a foreign word. Goodbye, Camping Park Lüneburg Heath.

We spent a long weekend on the motorhome pitches in Heber and were very satisfied! The motorhome parking space was very large and pleasantly quiet. Each pitch has its own electricity connection. The sanitary facilities in the men's area were renovated and well maintained, but the women's area is in an unrenovated condition but also very clean. The family showers are particularly noteworthy – they are large and in excellent condition! The playground is great for children, and the space overall is very nicely designed. We'll definitely be back!

We stood at the motorhome harbor for one night. The campsite itself is very well thought out, maintained with great attention to detail and really seems to be a well-rounded affair.Unfortunately, the motorhome harbor didn't pick us up at all. Plots completely crooked and uneven. Current only 4 amps. Of course you are told this beforehand, but I doubt whether it is contemporary. If you're sweating over coffee in the morning to see if the fuses are holding, that's no fun. There is a country road that is busy around the clock right next to the motorhome harbor. You advertise a restaurant that has obviously been closed for a while. If we come again, then only directly on the square, not at the motorhome area.

Very great, well-kept campsite with very nice staff and very, very clean and modern sanitary facilities. Absolutely recommended. It has its price but is definitely worth it.
