Unfortunately very disappointing. We rented a Comfort House with Comfort Service. When we entered the house it smelled of manure. The smell came from the bathroom/shower. After complaining to service, the problem was resolved in the evening. Unfortunately, there were also thick splashes of grease on the wall near the stove, stains on the bed sheets, a freezer compartment full of ice/not defrosted, a broken living room lamp, a dishwasher filter in the sink and no shower gel or shampoo (should be included in the Comfort package you booked). . The outside light on the way to the accommodation was/is also broken. Also noticed negatively are all the Golf Caddys that don't rush through the area at the desired 15km/h, sometimes even less than 1m from pedestrians. One-way streets are also irrelevant. The cars that drive through the park not only on the day of arrival and departure and then also park on the side of the path were also very disruptive. The Aqua Mundo is a beautiful swimming pool, with nice changing rooms. The loungers are reserved despite large signs. Unfortunately, the app that was necessary for the Nature Discovery Tour was a complete disaster, but the park can't do anything about that. We probably won't vacation in this park again.

A really fantastic short vacation :) the house was clean and intact. There was no hot water on the day of arrival. Notified the park via WhatsApp at 9 p.m. in the evening. No lie: 2 minutes later the technician was there and got everything started. Insanely good service!We felt very comfortable there. Really a recommendation!

Even when eating you have to wait an extremely long time. For me there are definitely better parks.Swimming pool unfortunately not good, relatively small.

We have been on a lot of holidays in Centerparcs. The first time here in Bissingen. Unfortunately for me there are no small winding paths between the houses, you mainly walk on the streets. But that's a matter of taste. There is a larger playground and several smaller ones. The indoor area was also quite ok for my grandchildren. The house was completely ok for the standard “comfort house”. Clean, renovated and comfortable beds

We have been to Center Parcs Bispinger Heide many times as a family and have always had wonderful holidays here. So far we have been able to recommend the park and have been satisfied every time. Unfortunately, our impression has changed significantly over the last few visits.This time we were really disappointed: some things in our holiday home were broken or worn out, which made the stay less comfortable (see pictures). What's particularly annoying is that water has been dripping from the ceiling in the Market Dome for a long time - starting with the Sports Bar at the bowling alleys. These problems appear to have existed since last year and have still not been resolved.Unfortunately, this situation is not acceptable for the current prices. It's a shame that the quality has deteriorated so much. We hope that Center Parcs Bispinger Heide takes these deficiencies seriously and works to raise standards again. Because it's actually a nice place for families - it would be a shame if that was lost.

We were really looking forward to our holiday in Center Parcs Bispinger Heide. Unfortunately we were totally disappointed. The house was totally dirty and it wasn't cleaned (see photos). The bed linen that was unpacked was also dirty. We requested a follow-up cleaning on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the next day at 11 a.m. that someone came by who just wanted to bring us new bed linen and then leave. Luckily we were still in the house and when we asked, they at least cleaned the oven and the refrigerator for us. There is no toilet brush in the house so you can clean the dirty toilet. The shower wasn't cleaned either. We had at least 3 new animals in the house every day (see photo). Unfortunately, the whole family caught a gastrointestinal infection and we couldn't enjoy our vacation. The employees on site are very nice. There are a lot of things you can do with the children on site, but the individual activities have to be booked and paid for separately.

We come back every year. And very much so. Were in house 777 again in 2024. We had it with 4 adults and two children. We felt comfortable and had a lot of fun.

We left a lot of money at the gametown... I've never been as relaxed as I am now. I stopped playing over an hour ago and we just wanted to collect our prize. We stood in a very long line because the lady who works there couldn't control the bowling alleys or had a key for the prize lockers. After a very long wait... (the company is not part of center parks) an employee from center parcs Steffen Wellna came, saw my sad boy, took care of the problem and also gave him a pack of chips. At least he calmed my son down

My son (13) and I had a great time (3 nights), the swimming pool is great despite its age. Lasertec and karting were also great. We had a hotel with breakfast, otherwise you can get everything in the suburbs, restaurants and a large supermarket. We'd love to come back.

We were in Bispingen again. We particularly like the small houses in nature and the white water slide in Aqua Mundo. There are many other options for leisure activities (at a cost), e.g. cruising on an e-scooter, laser tag or archery. Some parts of the park, such as the wellness area, are getting old and should be renovated. Overall we had a good time every time!
