We were warmly welcomed. We really like the Rauschberg apartment.Everything clean, bright and nicely decorated.All you need. We don't cook, so the kitchen will do.The kitchen and bathroom are narrow, but completely sufficient for 2 people.We have breakfast on the balcony, very pleasant. Bread service works😉The balcony is spacious with 3 exits, kitchen, living room, bedroom 😊Depending on your mood, you can sit in the sun or in the shade.We recommend this holiday apartment 100%.Are currently from July 9th. - July 13, 2024 on site.

This is the third time we have stayed in a holiday apartment and we are very satisfied. The hosts are always helpful and it is also possible to book breakfast. We are completely satisfied with the offer. Price and performance are consistent. There are many restaurants all around that are within walking distance.

Super friendly owners. We had the "Häuserl", which is furnished with everything you need. Fully equipped small kitchen (except dishwasher, but you really don't need that) small bathroom with shower. Room with double bed, couch and table with 2 chairs, matching wardrobe, all made of wood to match the ambience of the house. I found Saint St. Florian particularly beautiful, who welcomed me as a fireman, as a wood carving in the entrance area.🥰Perhaps important: no card payment is possible, only cash! The house is located a little away from the main road in a small side street and is therefore very quiet!I can't say anything about breakfast, we didn't use it.From my side, a highly recommended accommodation, very lovingly and nicely run by the owners.

Very simple cottage with adequate facilities and our room gave us a panoramic view of the majestic mountains !Overall, fpr 70Euros a night, I would definitely recommend it, especially if one is looking for a safe and quiet family retreat with accompanying children.

We had a really nice apartment. Everything very cozy and clean. Very modern furnishings. Very, very nice hosts. The apartment had two balconies which was great. Depending on your needs, you could sit in the sun or not. The view was breathtaking. Bread service if you like. But you can also have breakfast. The only thing we were missing was gas grills on the windows and doors. Unfortunately, no window could be left open in the evening. That's a shame because the air is so beautiful. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this apartment

we were there in September. Everything great. nice small but nice apartment with everything you need. Nice location, could get into the city without a car and yet was convenient for excursions. Great host!👍 Room/apartment clean, bright; The breakfast buffet is rich and constantly replenished (so you get the full program even at 9.30 a.m.), the hosts are always there for the guest's well-being without attracting attention! We felt very comfortable!!!! ... and the Chiemgau card was the famous icing on the cake! Simply perfect!
