The room smells of the host's sweat, the furnishings are dingy and disgusting, and the service is a disaster. Never again!

There are obviously huge differences between the Mühle holiday home and the Lickert holiday home. While the Mühle holiday home offers decent accommodation, the Lickert holiday home is old and run down. That's why it's important to recognize which house you're booking in. We spent two nights in the Lickert holiday home in a double room and in the holiday apartment on the upper floor. The double room only had a toilet in the hallway, while the shower in the basement mentioned in some comments is no longer usable. A double room with only one sink is simply no longer appropriate these days. Things looked better in the holiday apartment. It seemed clean, but we only slept and showered in it. But showering wasn't easy because the bathroom only had a bathtub under a sloping ceiling without a shower curtain. We didn't use the kitchen. The house also offers breakfast in a small, untidy breakfast room, but we skipped that on the second morning and I recommend that to all guests. Overall, we had the feeling that the host was overwhelmed with the rental and that nothing more was being invested here. We will definitely not book this accommodation again.

Absolutely OK for the price paid. If you're looking for a 5" place to stay with full service, you've come to the wrong place. Located on the outskirts of Hinterzarten, easily accessible with a parking space in front of the house. Delicious bakery and butcher with a sufficient selection, about 3 minutes by car.

We had the large holiday apartment, so it was furnished in an old way... well you can live with that. But...it wasn't clean!!!!! An old pacifier was lying in the closet in the living room ... old, already solid sugar was in a glass on a counter in the kitchen ... the extractor hood was really disgusting ... the toilet was only superficially cleaned, just don't pick up your glasses ... ..again old furnishings okay....but dirty apartment Lickert doesn't work at all

I don't want to write anything bad. But if you book here, you should already know what to expect.We had the guest room with a balcony, very quiet. The toilet is down the hall and the shower is down in the basement after climbing down a chicken ladder. You don't need to book breakfast here (2 rolls, 1 1/2 cups of coffee, 1x butter, 2 slices of cheese per person upon request). The room in which breakfast is served is also not very attractive (everything is very messy).

The holiday apartment that we (5 adults) rented was old, didn't smell good and wasn't particularly clean. The sleeping accommodation for the fifth person was a mini sofa bed in the living room, which had neither a proper bed sheet nor pillow. Only hard sofa cushions were covered - outrageous to offer such a thing. We were supposed to leave the apartment at 10:00 - the "nice" owner then knocked at 9:45, wanted to check the apartment and asked for the key.... I travel often and have had many experiences, but that's what I have experienced for the first time...😖
