This was our second time there. The people are super friendly, accommodating and helpful when it comes to excursions or interesting sights. We have always had a very quiet stay. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked, there is definitely something for everyone. This is accompanied by the staff, nothing is missing. The rooms and the entire hotel are extremely clean. Nothing has let up there. Nothing to complain about. After a 5 minute walk you are directly in town and have restaurants and all sorts of shops. The hotel is not located directly in town, there is no hustle and bustle or traffic in front of the hotel. You have peace and quiet and there is always a parking space right in front of the hotel. We will book our stay there again.

Short vacation in Ruhpolding. We were warmly welcomed at the Hotel Steffi. Everything was explained and shown to us. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast wasn't anything special but it was fine for us. Special requests such as eggs with bacon were freshly prepared.Ruhpolding was the ideal starting point for our bike tours. There are plenty of opportunities to do something here. What is also worth mentioning is that at the Hotel Steffi the Chiemgau card is included in the price. This means that you can use many things (mountain railways, swimming pool, public transport, etc.) for free. We saved around €130 again here. All in all it was a nice vacation. We will be back.

We have never been welcomed so warmly into an accommodation! We spent a long weekend in the family-run accommodation, which is about a 10-minute walk from the town center. Our room had a large south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The accommodation has a small "private" wellness area - the sauna can be used for 9 euros per person for 2 hours. In the morning we were able to enjoy a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet with high-quality (organic) products and delicious coffee. The service was extremely good - the rooms were very clean, we received a variety of excursion and restaurant tips and always met friendly and courteous staff. Also worth mentioning is the free shuttle to Ruhpolding train station. We had a very nice time and will definitely come back again!

We spent a long weekend here in October 2023 and are very happy with it.The hosts are so friendly and accommodating and try to fulfill every wish. There are numerous excursion tips and interesting conversations. The breakfast is small and delicious and scrambled eggs can also be freshly prepared here upon request. Our room was very clean and big enough and had access to the balcony where we could relax. The lovingly designed garden also invited us to spend a few beautiful moments and we were able to enjoy the last rays of sunshine in October - on the sun lounger, of course. We came with our bikes and so we didn't have to leave them in the car, we were offered the garage. We were able to connect it there and everything was great. The price-performance ratio is really great. It is a good starting point for cycling tours and hikes and was just right for our active days.

Rooms looked well maintained. The owner of the hotel is apparently responsible for everything and forgot to reserve our rooms.I booked it by email, then received confirmation over the phone stating that the server had crashedHis mother doesn't really help him.And so when we arrived at 4 p.m. in the evening we didn't have the rooms we had promised over the phone:instead of the promised rooms: a double room and a comfort double room for 5 nights, these should also be next to each other because of the baby,After a lot of back and forth, he had a double room and a junior suite for 2 nights, then the suite and a single room for double occupancy, of course not next to each other. The hotelier told us that if we had come an hour earlier, we would have gotten the rooms we booked. He said we would get a voucher for one free night per room for our next vacation, but he couldn't issue it straight away and promised that I would get it by email. Still waiting😅We quickly found something else via Airbnb. And now have a great vacation🌞
