Unfortunately, despite the beautiful and relatively quiet surroundings (not counting the bell tower), the organization of the hotel was a failure. The service wasn't very polite. The biggest scandal is a connecting room that the staff uses their own key to enter without knocking first. When you are lying in bed in a certain situation, you don't expect uninvited or unexpected observers!!! Breakfast was ok, parking too.

A hotel run by the owner. We were able to get our room at 10:00 in the morning. Which isn't exactly common. The room was very clean and also well furnished. Since I come from a fitness background and pay a little attention to my diet, I thought the breakfast was very good. The hotel is a recommendation for me because it also has its own gym. Definitely come back.

I can only agree with Mina Haas's assessment, lousy service, extremely unfriendly boss who just wants to cash in quickly and then take care of himself. I don't want to worry about anything anymore. Bete ash smelled like it hadn't been washed at all, the sink and shower were dirty, there were foreign workers in the next room who are now probably to be found more often and are probably still at the level of the hotel.The foreign workers consumed alcohol on the balcony and shouted loudly, and sleep was out of the question.The hotel management could not be reached by telephoneThe next morning at breakfast with cold coffee and baked rolls from the day before, we described the incident to the boss, who just shrugged his shoulders and said with absolute arrogance, these are our regular guests who are allowed to afford more than sporadic guests, these companies have been booking with us for years .That was the perfect moment for us and we left immediatelyWe hope that the host, Mr. Koch, invests the money wisely that he gave us for 4 dayshas.Worst service everthis hotel is definitely only suitable to accommodate mechanics and foreign workers, this is the level and no other !!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice location, clean rooms with well-kept facilities. A real fitness studio (gym) is also located in the basement. Friendly staff/owners. Gladly again.From the hotel you can immediately go hiking/cycling

It couldn't be more unfriendly. We have never experienced anything like this. We were considering the hotel for a fitness vacation. After an impossible phone call with the operator, in which we were lectured very arrogantly and rudely, the accommodation is no longer an option for us. I've never written a 1-star review before, but it has to be here. Service like that doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms and service.I was very excited that I found a hotel with its own fitness room, I didn't know it existed, otherwise there are more wellness and spa areas.The booking still won't happen... why? "No pets allowed"... what's that supposed to mean? They are also part of the family. I can understand why horses aren't accommodated in the room, but how about dogs, for example? Absolute no-go. It's a shame that you keep canceling your search because either there's no gym, no children or no pets... terrible. It's much easier abroad...which is a real shame.

We stayed in this great hotel for 3 nights. The service (boss) is very attentive, courteous and friendly. The rooms and the whole hotel were very clean. The breakfast was small but nice and yesterday we were even able to have breakfast outside.We didn't use the gym, but we had great equipment.We can only recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

I was in my hometown for a short vacation with my daughter from July 13th, 2023 to July 16th, 2023. We felt very comfortable, the room was great and clean, the breakfast including service was perfect.The host made a lot of effort and was friendly and accommodating to all of his guests!!!!When I'm back home I'll go there again....:))The host also made sure that, and I found this to be the best thing, the people of Baden and the Swabians are not so far apart!Kind regards from my daughter tooMichael Petroi

About 45 minutes before we were supposed to check in, we received a call that the hotel was fully booked and we were being moved to another hotel. And that even though we had received confirmation of the booking in the morning. We were confirmed by phone that the price was the same. That wasn't the case, the replacement hotel cost more. An unsustainable business practice. We definitely wouldn't book here again.
