Went there today with my mother to eat asparagus and drink coffee. Everything was top class, starting with the new owner plus her sister and the entire meal was a poem and top. Please keep it up!!We went to the restaurant again at the weekend, unfortunately we didn't like it as much as usual, the food didn't taste good. The cream sauce for the schnitzel didn't taste good, the fried potatoes had very crispy chips and my chicken meat could be found on my plate, primarily I found pineapple on my plate. It used to be much better in Tietjen's times. It's a shame! The staff is still very friendly, attentive and excellently organized.

The hotel is beautifully located in the middle of Fischerhude and directly opposite the beautiful old church. We stayed there overnight and had dinner on a bike tour. I'll start with the food: in the evening there was VERY delicious food, everyone found something for themselves at a reasonable price. We also liked the breakfast. Special praise for the fresh rolls! Now we come to the rooms. These were left standing in the 1970s with a narrow wet room that was subsequently installed (!!!). In addition, we couldn't really get a good night's sleep with the beds creaking loudly (with EVERY movement!!!). At a price of €110 including breakfast, it urgently needs to be modernized. That is no longer an acceptable standard today!!!Unfortunately I can only recommend the hotel for a cozy meal - the hotel rooms don't work at all!!!!

Very nice ambience outside in the garden, with the church in the background. The food was very tasty and decoratively presented. One small minus point: Unfortunately there was no choice for vegans, there was only a salad 😕...that can be improved in today's food culture! Staff particularly nice and polite.

Top restaurant, we were greeted very friendly at the entrance to the summer garden. Free choice of table. The menu was quickly at the table and drinks were taken straight away. After a reasonable amount of time, our food, schnitzel with fried potatoes and salad and matjes with fried potatoes and salad, was very hot and tasty, served at the table and everything with a smile on our faces, top staff, would be happy to do so again.Hotel not used, were on a bike tour, purely by chance.
