A wonderful stay at Mokni’s Hotel!We spent two wonderful days at Mokni’s Hotel in Bad Wildbad and were thrilled! When we checked in we were greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. The staff were incredibly attentive and warm throughout our stay - you immediately felt welcome.Our room was comfortable, clean and stylishly decorated - exactly what you want in a 5 star hotel. An absolute highlight was the impressive wellness area. The saunas, the thermal bath and the relaxation areas were perfect for relaxing and simply wonderful. Here we were able to really switch off and unwind.The breakfast was also fantastic - a huge selection and everything fresh and lovingly prepared.We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend Mokni’s. Five stars are absolutely deserved!

Centrally located hotel with direct connection to the Palais Therme in Bad Wildbad.The hotel consists of 2 complexes, the Rossini, right by the stream, where the reception and breakfast room is located, and the Badhotel, which has a newer part behind the historic part. The two complexes are separated from each other by a square. We had a renovated room in the Badhotel with a balcony. The Badhotel has direct access to the thermal baths.We found the orphaned lobby and bar in the Badhotel to be a shame... maybe it will be breathed back into life at some point...

I can only warmly recommend the hotel. I can't understand the negative reviews here!The service is extremely friendly, all employees were courteous.I was particularly impressed by the rich breakfast buffet. There is a huge selection of fresh dishes, including special highlights such as freshly squeezed juices (e.g. ginger and turmeric shot) and coffee specialties that are prepared on request. If you like it sweet, you can even have a fresh waffle baked. The buffet is constantly replenished and the waiters are always friendly and attentive - as are the entire hotel team.The room was very clean and had a nice view (bad hotel).The gym is also very well equipped. It's clean and offers a wide range of devices to test. There is also free water and wipes to clean the equipment after use.The cleaning concept that the room is cleaned every two days was absolutely no problem for me. If you don't agree with that, you should just keep your room clean, then it will be tidy on the second day too.The hotel has several restaurant recommendations that you can use - there is something for every taste.The connected thermal baths offer complete relaxation. It can be used all day long. You can even visit the thermal baths several times a day if you want to do something different between visits. The thermal spa is spacious, so you can have a sauna, steam bath or even the pool to yourself.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I can definitely recommend this hotel. I'm looking forward to coming back!

The room was cold and other guests had the same problems! Upon request, we received a kettle to make tea in the morning.An electric oven was put in our room. Since there was no heated lounge, we didn't have to freeze in the room.The service is reduced to a minimum. The room is cleaned every 2 days. You have to change the sauna towels yourself at the reception. Bed linen was not changed, rather turned over and put back on, seen by chance because we were in the roomThe house lives from the charm of old timesA 5 star hotel without a restaurant is absurd, as there are no good restaurants in town.The good reviews seem very doubtful to me.The thermal baths are very pleasant and easy to reach!Every morning we were assigned a different table for breakfast. The host stood at the entrance to the breakfast room like a controller. He didn't seem particularly likeable!The constant uncovering and uncovering during breakfast created an unpleasant unrest!I was happy when we were home again!

Staying at the Hotel “Rossini”, the former Hotel “Bäre”, was a real experience! The Mokni family lends a hand and the staff is extremely competent and friendly. The suite in the former spa hotel, which now also belongs to the Mokni family, was tastefully and comfortably furnished. You can easily get from the hotel to the thermal baths through a corridor without having to leave the hotel. The location is also perfect in other ways: in just a few minutes' walk you can reach the mountain railway, the spa park and the S-Bahn. It's a shame that since Corona only breakfast has been offered, but luckily there is a decent range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We'll definitely be back!

Extremely unfriendly hotelier. There was a conflict during check-in because I asked for a restroom. “There are only toilets in the room” (lied). Aggressive behavior resulted in the booking being canceled. I am now very satisfied in another hotel with friendly and competent staff.The young Mr. Mokni still has a lot to learn how to deal with guests and perhaps not give stupid and customer-unfriendly instructions to his teaching staff. In fact, they can't help it if they're mismanaged.

Our stay at the hotel was a complete success. We would particularly like to highlight the hospitality of the Mokni family - they were incredibly friendly, accommodating and immediately made us feel welcome.The hotel is very nice, clean and cozy, and the breakfast was a real highlight - fresh, tasty and with a great selection. We were particularly impressed that people asked us personally whether we had any special requests that could be fulfilled.We would love to come back and highly recommend the hotel!
