We stopped at the Gasthaus Schöllmann on the way out on vacation and stayed overnight once and also on the way back. The rooms were very clean and large. The food in the beer garden was very good, the service and the boss were attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty. We would be happy to come back next year. We can only recommend the Gasthaus Schöllmann.

Booked our daughter's bride kidnapping there almost 10 months ago.There were 40 of us in a bus and everything was there with musical accompaniment.2 days before the wedding we were told that we had no room because another company had accepted them and there would now be more people.But she could put us in a daycare center in the garden.It was a shame that we had to be rudely spoken to by the junior boss on the phone.Didn't work at allAnd when I know I only have so much space, I don't accept anything else.So we had to look for something new 2 days before the wedding.It seemed to us like they wanted to make quick money.We can manage to accept 2 events.But it wasn't like thatWe are certain that Gasthaus Schöllmann will never be there again.This way you can also scare away your customers.To the junior boss, you should learn how to talk to and interact with guests.

Great beer garden with old trees and Franconian cuisine.Had a room in the new building, everything was great, nice bathroom, but unfortunately very warm and very loud, it was right on the street side and we had 32c, i.e. Window closed sauna or window open and loud.Had a single room facing the street, other rooms facing the beer garden are definitely better.

Service applies double standards between regular guests and walk-in customers and is not at a loss for impossible excuses. Wait forever. Price well - not even a parasol, because others need two parasols for the same table size and that is "unchangeable", just like the fact that the table with different seating can ONLY be used privately, although other guests were then allowed to sit there. My sauerbraten went back. The meat didn't taste like sauerbraten, but actually like nothing and looked strangely greenish to me, the dumplings weren't ready. Never again in the Gasthof Schöllmann beer garden!!!!
