I spent three months in Ingolstadt for work, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than 21 Rooms. The rooms are not only incredibly comfortable but also incredibly designed—it was almost sad to leave! However, what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every detail is handled with care, making it a home away from home.

Stayed here a week in December and absolutely loved it! Was super easy to book and even easier to self-check in when we got in super late the first night. Great apartment just steps away from downtown and the Danube. The manager, Christian was fantastic and helped us easily extend our stay due to all the travel issues in Bavaria from the snow storm. This will be my go-to every time I visit Ingolstadt. Just be aware that the HBF is a good 25 minute hike, but a lovely walk when you aren't in a hurry. See you next time!

I hope this is enough!?Many greetings to the lawyer :-)Unfortunately, 21rooms disappointed me.The building is quite new, totally modern and conveniently located. But I definitely can't recommend staying here in summer.As soon as I entered the house I was hit by brutal heat.My room was nicely furnished, but when I opened the window I encountered a number of big spiders and everything in front of the window was full of cobwebs.There is no air conditioning, just a type of ventilation system that has no effect on the room temperature.The control panel on the front door constantly flashes a terrible blue, which lights up the entire room in the dark.There is a pedestal fan that was far too loud to run at night, and the vent in the (really nice) bathroom is also terribly loud and runs for ages. Also, there is no socket by the bed.The bed in my single room wasn't particularly comfortable either.Conclusion: good location, easy to reach by public transport, modern building. Noisy room facing the street because of the traffic.The temperature is certainly ok in winter, but I would definitely not stay here again in summer.I didn't sleep because it was so hot in the room. It was only around 22°C outside during the day.

Nice apartments with high-quality interior, we enjoyed our stay. We accidentally forgot something when checking out, but were able to get it back quickly without problems!Tiny nitpick: The bathroom sink faucets weirdly have no pressure control, they're on/off. On the upper floors that's fine, but on the first floor, the pressure is a bit high, making it difficult not to splash water everywhere.

Catastrophic!We booked for a week and already paid in advance. Now the alleged owner came with the claim that we were not following the regulations. That same evening we were thrown out the door with our suitcases and threatened with the police, which is not legal! He should have announced this days in advance, if at all.He violated his rental agreement and didn't even pay us back the money, which is an absolute disgrace!Nonetheless the room was nicely decorated although with some dirty spots.

I spent a month in Ingolstadt for work purposes, and 21rooms was the absolute perfect place to stay.Beautifully decorated and well equipped, I enjoyed it thoroughly: my room felt like home away from home, with a well designed, state of the art kitchen, spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, beautiful overall decor with much attention to the small details, convenient and modern laundry facilities in the building, and above all - extremely quiet, which for me was a top priority.The location is excellent as well, within a walking distance from everything within the old city, and at the same time peaceful and safe.Every question or problem during my stay have been promptly and kindly addressed by the very friendly owner.I have already recommended it to many colleagues and would love to be able to come back myself, whenever life brings me back to Ingolstadt.Many thanks again for the wonderful stay!
