Excellent regional cuisine, all the dishes we ordered were excellent, the service was courteous and quick despite the large crowd. Very nice atmosphere in the large hall, which has been lovingly restored. For me one of the best country inns in the southern district of Ansbach.

A delightful place. I was cycling on the Altmühlweg and saw this place so popped in. The roast lamb in gravy was cooked to perfection. The landlady was so helpful and welcoming. I wish I could have stayed for a few more drinks and pudding and stayed the night!

Very family-run inn, we felt very comfortable, even if only for a short time. The rooms are clean and very nice and the staff is super friendly with children and dogs, small but nice menu and nice beer garden. There is a small playground and a pool, the breakfast is well stocked and they also serve freshly made scrambled eggs and fresh eggs cooked as desired. There are also holiday apartments, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back, thank you very much 👍

We had a cousin get-together last weekendthe participants came from all over Germany. My cousin from the neighboring town of the Golden Angel recommended this inn to us in advance and booked the rooms we needed there. When I moved into the accommodation, I was pleasantly surprised by the location. The rich breakfast buffet and the delicious dinner downstairs in the inn are particularly commendable. Not to be forgotten is the good service and the staff who are always in a good mood.Ultimately I can use the innHighly recommend “Zum Goldenen Engel”!!!

First of all......many thanks to the whole team for allowing us to spend 7 days with you. Everyone is super nice and always finds a little time for small talk. We rented the holiday home, it was just great. Equipped with everything you could wish for. 3 TVs, a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee machine), great bathroom and very comfortable beds. There was also an outdoor pool that we were allowed to use. Unfortunately we only ate twice in the evening. SUPER... a big compliment to the kitchen. The food was amazing, the women in service were also super nice. The breakfast also...very good. Thank you. We will definitely recommend you and we will definitely come back.

We can't say anything about the hotel itself. We would like to go to the restaurant 10! STARS awarded. Super friendly service with great food at prices that were way too reasonable for us. Even 20 percent more would be perfectly fine. Special requests, daughter wanted yoghurt, were met with a laugh and a lot of friendliness. Thank you for the great evening with you.

Very nice hotel with restaurant. Beautiful beer garden, playground and even a pool in summer. Great breakfast buffet. We had a whole holiday apartment for six of us. Three rooms with bathrooms and a large room with kitchen. The price was unbeatable. All employees super friendly.
