Great accommodation 👍 There is nothing missing in the apartments. The rooms are very spacious and the wellness and spa area is also beautiful. The only drawback is the location right next to a farm. Otherwise everything was great and super nice hosts! We'd love to come back.

Beautiful and very modern rooms, super clean and lovingly designed. We were greeted with a handwritten card and two pieces of delicious cake. The beds and sofa bed were very comfortable, the location was quiet and the small wellness area was beautiful - water bar included. A nice relaxation room with soft music to relax - everything you need is there. Food across the street in the restaurant was extremely tasty. And the location in the upper Bavarian Wals is great for hikes and excursions for the whole family. We were there without children, but it is very child-friendly for a while, has a children's playroom and an outdoor area with a playground and climbing wall. There is a stool in the bathroom and there are gummy bears at the reception. You can tell that the hosts have children themselves! Breakfast was varied and delicious in the beautiful breakfast room. I also found the completely digital check-in very successful and smooth. Doors can be opened with your smartphone - very cool! We were thrilled and will come back. Price-performance ratio is really very good.

Once again excellent! It's like staying with friends - familiar, cuddly and a warm reunion.It took us twice to Lam to the enchanting Klingseisen family and their great house Zeitlang by Rösslwirt. The breakfast and the room completely convinced us. It's definitely not the last time we've been here. The sauna gives mom and dad (taking turns) the opportunity to relax and the surrounding area (Großer Arber, wildlife park, thermal baths/swimming pools) also offers something suitable for everyone.The culinary offering is rounded off in the Rösslwirt - 3 days and we were able to completely switch off.Stay healthy and see you soonAnton and family ;-)

❤️ Heartfelt recommendation♥️We were there with our two children. The host family understands what is important to families and how everyone can prepare for a vacation. The house and the rooms are stylishly furnished, you can see a line and sooo cozy. Next to the breakfast room, there was a games room so we could have a long breakfast. Also outside is the playground. We ordered "togo" for dinner and it was simply excellent, absolutely high quality and sufficient, here too you can eat with your family at your own dining table in the apartment. The sauna area is also tip top. Thank you for a relaxing time!

Our stay at the time was very nice and relaxing. The rooms and the spa area are elegant, yet cozy and modernly furnished. The on-site staff is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The breakfast is very tasty, there is a large selection at the buffet. A coffee and drinks machine is also available at any time. Particularly worth mentioning is the incredibly comfortable sofa bed, in case there are more people sharing the room. All in all, we had a wonderful time there and would love to do it again any time!

That was a nice vacation. The food to go was also great. And the region is worth experiencing. We'll definitely be back :) The fact that the water from the fountain bubbles all night long takes some getting used to, but after the second night you got used to it.

We - a family with a child - had a wonderful week in Lam. The rooms are modernly furnished with a view of the enchanted, misty Bavarian Forest. The breakfast from 7.30 a.m. suited our early hunger and was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There was even white sausage twice. In the evening we had dinner at the Rösslwirt opposite. You should make a table reservation here - it is very popular. This is probably due to the equally excellent food (especially the cheese spaetzle). The Zeitlang, generally Lam is a perfect starting point for hikes (Großer Arber, Großer Osser and much more). When we got home late in the afternoon, we were able to relax in the small, fine spa area with a whirlpool and two saunas (open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.). The bakery delicacies there went into the ready-to-receive hiker's mouth. There is also a drinking station there. Also included was a visit to the local, large Osser swimming pool, with outdoor and indoor pools, for young and old. Unfortunately it was only a week - but we enjoyed it very much and can only warmly recommend it for a while. Thank you very much and see you soon!

We took a week's vacation and felt very comfortable. The house is very modern and furnished with a lot of taste. The rooms and the wellness area invite you to relax and there is nothing we missed.The house is run in a modern way and a lot of things are done via an app, but there is always personal contact with the owners. If you have any questions or requests, you will be responded to immediately. We were surprised at how you can run the house with so few “visible staff”.We would recommend the Zeitlang by Rösselwirt at any time, as you can live here in a stylish and modern way surrounded by tradition. Overall a great place to enjoy. We'll definitely come back.

We spent a week there with our dog and had a very good time there. Our apartment was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and we had a large balcony. Our dog was welcome throughout the house and we were even allowed to take him into the breakfast room. The breakfast was great and nothing was missing. Particularly noteworthy are the friendly staff and the warm atmosphere. In the evenings we always ate at the Rösslwirt opposite, where everything tasted excellent. We'd love to come back!

We spent our anniversary at Zeitlang by Rösslwirt and had the best vacation we've ever had there! Beautiful apartment, great facilities, super friendly and caring staff, great surroundings with lots of options for things to do, delicious food from the Rösslwirt restaurant and we were particularly excited about the private spa, which we booked separately. Everything prepared so lovingly. We were really so satisfied all around and were able to relax really well.This was definitely not our last stay in a while, we can't wait to spend a holiday there again.So highly recommended! ☀️

I came to Lam to cycle. The apartment in Zeitlang leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a bike barn, there are charging stations for electric cars and the service including breakfast is really great. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful accommodation, large, very clean and modern rooms, well-kept and very cozy wellness area. The whole thing is rounded off by a bike and ski port, a beautiful outdoor area with a terrace, we would come back at any time! Worth knowing: Next door is a farm with dairy cattle that need to be looked after every day. You get that.
