Spreeparadies Ort für besondere Anlässe

... what a wonderful location. 🥰In April we were able to celebrate our dream wedding in bright sunshine, over 20 degrees, with the happiest guests, in the breathtaking ambience of the Spreeparadies. 🍀The arrangements with Steffi and Bernd (the owners) were absolutely free of complications. Both a second on-site visit and quick queries via WhatsApp were no problem.The interior offers a lot of options for groups of up to 50 people. There were 40 of us and we had enough space for the tables, buffet corner, children's play area, DJ and dance floor, photo box, gift table and space at the bar.Both the bar and the kitchen are well equipped for groups of up to 25-30 people. For our actual celebration we rented additional crockery/cutlery from outside.The outdoor area gives you pure relaxation. You wake up in the morning and just look at the pure green. That actually provides over 70% of the wonderful ambience. You actually don't have to decorate that much anymore. 😊Unfortunately, the terrace floor has already suffered a bit, as there are one or two tripping hazards due to subtly curved floorboards, but you can safely ignore that with all the other beautiful things around it.Seating furniture is available both inside and outside. We rented bar tables.We also had paddle boats at our disposal, which were used every day, and a table tennis table, which made the guests very happy.One of the biggest advantages of the location are the seven rooms in the house. They are solidly furnished and very clean. Each room has its own bathroom. The possibility of adding extra beds and children's beds was also no problem.We can recommend this location with a good heart and wish all future guests a wonderful time, unforgettable experiences and lots of relaxation!Many thanks again to Steffi and Bernd!Anna & Peter 😇

Great location. Located directly on the Spree, very quiet with a view over the Spree and fields. Footpath to Lake Neuendorf. The entire house with 7 guest rooms (up to 20 people), kitchen, fireplace room, bar, TV conference room, large terrace can only be rented as a whole for events, family celebrations, etc., great. Nice landlords.There was a beer garden in the summer, but it was removed as illegal by the municipality's building authority. Very stupid of the commune as he was very popular.

The Spreeparadies was our "home" over the last New Year's Eve long weekend together with our friends (6 other families). We were lucky to find one so close to Berlin at such short notice as our original accommodation had to cancel last minute. Despite the accommodation not really designed for small children, Stephanie and Bernd, the owners, were very accommodating of our group and provided everything we need - from arranging the bedrooms prior including extra beds/cots to even sending over a bag of potatoes when we only needed a few. They were simply lovely people. Stephanie was my main contact and she is such a hands-on business owner. She responds quickly to all my queries and even prior to meeting her, you feel comfortable dealing with her because of how nice she is. Upon arrival, the view was simply beautiful especially when you stand on the terrace with the water right in front of you and the fields beyond. Stephanie was very thorough and gave us a brief of everything we need to know while giving us a tour of the house. The house was impeccable and well-maintained. The rooms were beautiful with their own en-suite bathrooms. (Images in their website are accurate!) The dining area was spacious. The sitting/living room was so cozy and they even had a closet full of board games that we can borrow. The restaurant-grade kitchen was fully equipped (we enjoyed cooking and cleaning with that industrial dishwasher!). We, the adults, particularly loved the bar with lots of cooling compartments and an ice machine! We enjoyed playing bartenders in the evening and just chatting at the bar once the kids went to bed. We turned the meeting room that has a projector and speakers into a party/karaoke room to celebrate the New Year's Eve which was really fun. And the next morning, some from our group even went for a New Year's Day dip on the Spree right in front of the house. I could just imagine how beautiful it is during spring/summer and you could do more outside. We actually expressed interest to come back for next Silvester/New Year and hope we could. So if you are looking at a place to stay and be one with nature but also be in a cozy, beautiful home, then book the Spreeparadies. You can also book your wedding and private events there, it's just that equipped and beautiful. Thank you again for the wonderful stay, dear Steffi and Bernd. We hopefully could stay with you again!
