We have been going to Villa Fuldablick for years. The landlords are very friendly and solution-oriented. Every arrangement went without any problems. The accommodation is simply great if you are looking for a place with a large number of people. 3 rooms with double beds and a room with two single beds that can be expanded make it easily suitable for 10 people. The pool and sauna are a highlight. The view is the cherry on the cake. I hope that this house will be available for rent for a long time - we will definitely come back.

We had a really nice time in the villa with friends. The pool and sauna were great and a real highlight, especially in bad weather. Check in and check out were problem-free.We were taken into consideration when cleaning the pool.Unfortunately, the topic of consumption billing is negative. In the booking on holidu there was nothing about a consumption bill or it said 0.5 euros for electricity per stay. In principle, I have nothing against needs-based billing. At 50 cents/kWh and 12 euros!! However, per m^3 of water you get the feeling that you want to earn extra money here. In our area you pay 5 euros per m^3 and 35 cents/kWh. Then it's better to set the price per night higher and calculate the costs honestly.

It was said that you had to go into the house twice in the week we were there to measure the pH value of the pool. I measure the PH value at home with a quick test and am done within minutes. On both occasions the vacuum robot was (announced) placed in the pool for 2 hours. From a technical point of view, I thought the visits were unnecessary and felt that they were more of a check-up to see what was going on in the house.The kitchen is too small for the number of people. The stop of the refrigerator should have been changed when the kitchen was installed. So the door clearly opens in the wrong direction. We felt there wasn't enough cutlery and crockery.Why are the children's beds on the floor in the room with 4 beds and the parents' beds on the edge? Just because the children's beds have to be pushed under the "big" one? This is an ill-conceived solution.The TV broadcasts the sound into the room. The person who wants to watch TV turns up the volume and fills the only room with sound, so that the others are disturbed/annoyed.It was said it would be heated with wood. Not true. the pool is heated with oil. It was too warm for us. The heating couldn't be turned down despite demand.Money is clearly made with the storm and water consumption.Overall it seemed a bit loveless. See the picture. Even if it's not bad from a safety perspective, this is an example that isn't really well thought out. Coupled with the price, we will not book there again.

We have already been here twice. And booked again for October and November.In addition to the friendly welcome, the facilities leave nothing to be desired.The heated indoor pool and sauna are of course highlights.Large garden barbecue facility.A whirlpool bathtub has recently been added.The kitchen contained everything you need and even has a dishwasher.We had a great time and are already looking forward to our next stays

Despite initial skepticism about other reviews, we experienced the vacation we imagined. House in a very quiet location with an inviting view. The house is equipped with everything you need, with the exception of a washing machine, which you don't necessarily need.And now to the most important thing... the pool and sauna are in a fantastic location in the house, and the large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a spacious shower has been completely renovated. The owners worked in the visible garden, which is not disturbing and, after consultation, ran the pool cleaning robot about every 3 days.Another thing worth mentioning is the great seating area under a pergola with a swivel grill.In short, Villa Fuldablick is a wonderful place to relax, gather strength for work and recover.

Hello, unfortunately I have to agree with another user's opinion. The pool smelled very strongly of mint, sometimes even burning my eyes. The house itself is very nice, but it is very old and has hardly received any maintenance/care for at least the last 10 years. The landlady simply comes to the house without registering, with the excuse of “cleaning the pool”. Although it's actually just a check-up visit to see if anyone wants to steal the 1000-year-old cutlery. Very unpleasant feeling when the landlady can be in the room at any time. I would also like to hear more about this story about the no-smoking station sign. Sounds very funny and like a complete exaggeration on the part of the landlady. I would recommend other holiday homes in the region.NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Unfortunately it's a bit old. Structurally not well maintained. Spacious. Kitchen very bad. Swimming pool ok. Sauna a bit small. Garden not suitable for playing. Awning defective. Quiet location without disturbing neighbors. The property is large but difficult to use due to the hillside location. Internet good. Beds worn out. Bathroom mediocre.

Unfortunately, the sauna was dirty and not in perfect condition. The pool smelled very strongly of mint, unfortunately very unpleasant. The landlady comes to check every two days, very unfriendly lady!Parts of the facility were already destroyed and were not taken care of. I cannot recommend this villa more!

Very nice house with a gigantic view.Up to ten people can stay overnight here.Everyone can sit at the large table.Another highlight is the pool in the house.Really great here.It is absolutely suitable for families
