Great accommodation.Ok, 109€/night per night is a hefty price, but for an overnight stay with the necessary preparatory and follow-up work, it's definitely okay.Definitely coming back here if needed.Booking, check-in, house entry & token issuance and the necessary information provided went without any problems despite being contactless.Criticism: Since I have walking difficulties, grab bars in the bathroom and shower would have helped me a lot. In addition, it took too long for me to unlock the front door after entering the pin. Before I had sorted my walking aids again after entering the pin, the automatic system locked the front door again. On the 3rd attempt it worked.And we were missing a kettle (or should we not have found it?) for morning tea, but a pot on the stove was fine.

Really great apartment, spacious floor plan, has all the extras you need. The kitchen is equipped above average, sockets everywhere, you feel at home. Great price/performance ratio. We have stayed in many hotels and apartments, this was the most spacious and best for us so far!

Absolutely recommended, everything is exactly as described. The coffee machine went on strike in between, but otherwise everything is perfect and flawless. There are restaurant recommendations via the app, we then visited Trattoria Salento da Luca, also highly recommended, just under 5 minutes from the apartment. Many scenic destinations such as the "Hockende Weib" can easily be reached by car within 15 - 20 minutes .

A really great apartment!Very well maintained, clean, stylish.From booking to self check-in to checking out, everything went smoothly. There is a nice café/bakery on the ground floor, which is of course very practical.

We have been staying at Refugium for more than three months. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our long stay.The apartment had been thoroughly cleaned on weekly basis.The hotel had free parking with enough places for all guests. Also we could use bicycles to explore the nearby parks.There were a couple of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Also, there was a nice bakery in the same building.The hotel accepted our small doggy, so we could take him with us.We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the area.Many thanks to Frau Michel and Frau Klodt, as well as the hotel staff, for making our stay very comfortable!

What an incredible little place! I was pleasantly surprised with how lovely these apartments were. The space was clean, neat, and featured all the necessary components of an apartment stay. Additionally, the price for 2 people was very affordable in my opinion. I will certainly stay here again should I be in the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Short trip to the Emsdetten region, 1 night, 2 adults, 1 dog, apartment Münster, 1st floor. Apartment was very clean and modern and equipped with everything you need for a short trip. The price of 109 euros per night is too high for our personal opinion, and we find the extra fee of 10 euros per day per dog to be very cheeky. Especially when you read in other reviews that the apartments were equipped with dog bowls and baskets. We had brought our own equipment for our dog. Especially since the area in which the refuge is located does not justify this price per night. The contactless “key handover” worked smoothly and easily. Anyone who needs to contact the landlord will definitely be disappointed here. For us, the “impersonal” accommodation wasn’t a problem. In short: the refuge at the water tower is well suited for 1 - 2 nights... if you have the necessary change.

Bauhaus style apartment. Minimalist. If you like...Large rooms.Too expensive for the area but there are hardly any hotels open...Impersonal everything by phone and automatic entry. You can like it if you don't need hospitality.Not my taste.Costs and profits optimized for the owner. A pure return and depreciation property.For us: Never again!
