I was there for a week in July. Nice, quietly located holiday apartment(s) near the Annaberg market square with friendly landlords. The only negative point: the narrow bathroom. I barely had room to brush my teeth.

Holiday apartment with charm. A bit too small for motorcyclists. There were two of us and there was a bit of a lack of storage space.Very friendly and helpful landlords. The Vierseitenhof is an idyllic place in the middle of the city and with family connections.We felt very comfortable.

We stayed at the Linke holiday home for our winter holiday and were very positively surprised.About the apartment: The small holiday home is located in the courtyard and can be reached from Kupferstrasse through a hallway. The apartment is spread over two floors. In the lower area there is the bedroom and a small storage room. The upper floor can be reached via a (quite steep) staircase. There you will find the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the very small second bedroom. The kitchen is compact and unfortunately has very little storage space. The facilities are definitely sufficient for a short vacation. There is no oven. The bathroom is really very small. There is just enough for a shower cubicle and a toilet. You can only stay here alone. The living room is quite spacious and also serves as a dining room (thanks to the high table). The second bedroom is also very small. Thanks to a lot of luck, our children's travel cot even found its way into this room. You could place it in front of the actual bed. If, like us, you are traveling with children, you should always make sure that the door to the stairs is locked.About the location: From Kupferstrasse you really only have to walk downhill and you are right in the small shopping street. There are many restaurants and cafes within a few minutes away. The parking options initially seem frightening when you arrive, as many areas are only marked with residents' parking permits. However, we were only unlucky on one morning because we didn't get a parking space in front of the doorThe landlords: Live in the front building and are really incredibly nice. We received a very warm welcome and received many valuable tips for excursions.The city: Offers significantly more options than the better-known city of Oberwiesental. There are numerous museums, restaurants, cafes and a beautiful city center. Anyone who doesn't necessarily just come to ski is in good hands in Annaberg.Conclusion: A nice (albeit a bit small) apartment, a great city and very nice landlords.
