My review of this hotel is truly excellent. I received a very good initial service from a lady who allowed us to check in early, always with a smile on her face. The breakfast was really good, and the facilities were cozy. The only negative point I’d like to highlight was the service from a young blonde girl at the reception, who didn’t know how to speak English. I used a translator to ask her a question, and she displayed a rude and negative attitude. I asked her to help me request a taxi to pick me up at the hotel, and again, she refused, so I had to ask a guest for help. Aside from this girl’s attitude, the rest was entirely favorable.

Hotel is very old! Bathroom was very good! Narrow stairwell, older people with suitcases can't go upstairs! Extremely loud, street and train line.Price for overnight stay not appropriate!WiFi doesn't work, router not activated, no response to my complaint.Never again!

The new owners were incredibly welcoming!!! Since we only took a break, we can't rate the rooms. We were knocked out by the heat and all the restaurants in town were closed. I had circulatory problems and we were allowed to sit on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Moselle and have something to drink. This friendly young family, which is renovating the hotel and will soon open the restaurant, deserves a lot of customers. We travel a lot, but it was very friendly, warm-hearted and humane, so we warmly recommend it.

A hotel that is a bit old and sometimes smelly. The rooms are at the back, therefore quieter than directly on the main street. The breakfast is ok. Parking spaces are free and plentiful.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Everything was clean and the facilities were completely sufficient for one night. Breakfast was very tasty and rich. Fruit, cheese, sausage, muesli, yoghurt, eggs etc. After booking, the hotel was unfortunately difficult to reach for any questions. Emails and answering machines requesting feedback were ignored.Well, we were able to check in fine in the end. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well insulated, you can hear everything, so the night is unfortunately very restless if you don't have a sound sleep. Parking is directly opposite the hotel. The furnishings are a bit older but have a certain charm. The room for breakfast is very cozy.So price-performance ratio is completely okay.
