A really nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The sauna is switched on and preheated in a timely manner upon request. Here too, the rooms are clean and you can relax very well.We only booked breakfast. The breakfast buffet is lovingly designed, very well stocked and is refilled immediately as soon as something runs out. All of the employees we came into contact with during this time were very friendly, attentive and took care of us.We'd love to come back.

We were at a seminar in Oldenburg last week and made a conscious decision to stay in a hotel outside of it.From arrival to departure we were very satisfied overall, we had the premium rooms in the building next door, with direct pool access or balcony.Everything was very modern, clean, quiet (no events next door).The kitchen in the restaurant did a fantastic job, from chicken to salmon to pumpkin risotto, everything was excellent. The bar has an excellent selection from wine to cocktails/whisky etc.! It's better to have manageable and well-selected items than pure mass.We had wonderfully friendly contact with all of the employees, they were very committed to caring for us, there was a family atmosphere, you felt welcome.Thank you for the lovely stay and kind regards from KielPs. A special greeting to the evening shift from the restaurant, the Princess Lillifee tea was very tasty! ;-)

I was only there for a birthday brunch, but the service was impeccable, the food and drinks on offer were varied and the rooms were absolutely clean and in order. You can feel comfortable here. Recommended!

The rooms and service are simply great.Whether the new rooms next to the Meyerei are beautiful with a pool and an industrial look.Or a normal double room in the customs house itself.Nice and tidy, comfortable and suitable for relaxing.

Nice hotel with friendly service and a really great breakfast that offers a wide selection. Unfortunately it was very loud in the room when there was a party next door. Nevertheless, overall a mostly pleasant stay.

Hello, today September 13th, 2024 the day was really modest……wedding celebration in the barn!I have to honestly say that the service person Frank made the evening very pleasant for us with his specialist knowledge and service!But the other staff are also very competent!Kind regards Jens

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend. The positive first:The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast.BUT now the unfortunately predominant negative:The Meyerei event location is right next to the hotel. We had room 23 directly opposite. On Friday there was a company party in the Meyerei with extremely loud music until 2 a.m. Due to the heat, many people were outside and "conversed" at an appropriate volume to combat the loud music. At 2:30 a.m. a truck drove up and the load continued until 5 a.m. with loud clattering, clanging and rumbling, so that sleep was out of the question. We complained immediately after breakfast and asked whether there was also a celebration on Saturday and were then able to change rooms, otherwise we would have checked out and left early.The new room 33 faced the inner courtyard. Unfortunately, the hotel's neighbor was obviously of the opinion that if the hotel can do it, he can do it too and turned up the music on Saturday evening. In contrast to the hotel or the party location, he remembered that there is something called quiet at night and the music was turned off at 10 p.m. so that we could at least sleep that night. We didn't hear much about the celebration in the Meyerei in room 33.Unfortunately, the conclusion for us is not to stay at this hotel again unless we are at a party there. But at €270 for 2 nights, such disruption and restrictions on sleep cannot be tolerated.If you book here, you should definitely insist on getting a room as far away from the Meyerei as possible.The stars are only for the staff, the food and the beautiful rooms. There are 0 stars for rest and sleep quality.

We had dinner in the restaurant on Friday. The food was really tasty and there was nothing to complain about in terms of taste! . The service lady is world class! It was a shame that I paid six euros for the extra small salad with my burger. You can look at the small salad in the picture. This is disproportionate and that I had to pay three euros for my additional four slices of baguette. I don't think that's possible! I feel a little ripped off. I'm excited to see how things go next time we eat there again. Because we will definitely do that.
