Better dormitory with a friendly landlady. We found a perfectly clean room with unique furnishings.Attention allergy sufferers, a cat roams through the house and leaves traces behind.Breakfast was plentiful and average.A visit to the nearby Wewelsburg is worth it.

Beautiful little guesthouse in the old mill in Wewelsburg. Quaint and charming. The cleanliness was perfect. The landlady keeps everything in good shape and has conjured up a loving breakfast for us that is second to none. Anyone expecting modernity and luxury is probably wrong here, but a cozy country house feeling is guaranteed in the old mill and the surroundings are also fantastic. The landlady's son lovingly designs the garden in front of it. You feel like you're at "Dandelion". You can see the Wewelsburg from the window. Definitely worth a visit.

Very nice “rustic” guesthouse.Located directly below the Wewelsburg next to a small river, with a direct view of the castle from the window. The rooms are located above and can be reached via an old wooden staircase.When the window is open you can hear the sound of the water, but it is not disturbing.When the weather is nice you can sit outside to eat and drink.The access to the guesthouse is via a bridge and a narrow street and ends in a dead end. So peace and quiet is inevitable here.Every now and then a few walkers come by and you quickly come into contact with them.The staff is friendly, uncomplicated, nice and is happy to answer any questions you may have.The food here is homemade, rich and excellent.A sumptuous breakfast is also included in the overnight price.The rooms are absolutely clean and tidy.Also ideal for motorcyclists as the machines can be stored. (garage lockable)

Beautifully located in the countryside. Very friendly landlady. Our room was clean and comfortably furnished in a country style. The breakfast was good and we were asked about our preferences. The price-performance ratio is absolutely OK. We stayed there for two nights for a wedding celebration and I would book the guesthouse again at any time.

We were visiting Wewelsburg over Father's Day and booked this gem of a guesthouse. An old mill, converted into a residential and guesthouse building, in the middle of the countryside, isolated, without traffic. Lovingly and rustically furnished, like a museum. Antiques and little treasures everywhere. The hosts, mother and son, are super friendly, funny and adapt to the guests' wishes. The morning after, the breakfast room... A highlight, and the breakfast as you wish. We can only recommend it.

Original accommodation at the foot of the Wewelsburg!Very, very rustic old mill, somewhat remote at the foot of the historic Wewelsburg, nicely decorated and furnished in a seasonal manner with lots of details. Rooms very clean. Very friendly and nice hostess, breakfast was lovingly prepared and prepared - nothing was missing. Absolutely no problem even with dogs. Only been there one night, but if we come to the area again, we'll be happy to come back!

Rarely have I been received so warmly. The fried potatoes with bacon and fried eggs are awesome. If you like nostalgia and a clean bed, this is the place for you. Not for people who prefer a wellness bath and a box spring bed.

My stay at Pension Alte Mühle was wonderful! The rustic old building is furnished with attention to detail and with a lot of heart. The garden is a dream and the view of the Wewelsburg is indescribable. I can only warmly recommend everyone to stay in this guesthouse. Many thanks to the landlady and the son for the nice stay.
