In this inn, hospitability is a top priority.The staff and the boss were very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and of a technically high standard.I would also like to particularly emphasize the above-average friendliness towards our four-legged friends. Animals are not only allowed but also welcome. Thank you for that.I can recommend this inn 100% and we will continue to relax in this beautiful place next year.Best regards

Very nice hotel, in a quiet atmosphere.The owners are really nice and friendly. Rooms are well equipped, with balconies, and very spacious. Only the bathroom is a little smaller. The hotel has a spa area and a large pool with loungers. Sauna is also available, but costs €18 for two hours. The pool is included in the hotel price.Just ask at reception.Unfortunately I can't report anything about the food, but it looked very tasty.I would definitely prefer this hotel if I'm in the area again.

The cozy, home-like atmosphere is something you don’t often find these days. It’s the kind of place that brings back fond memories of childhood vacations.One of the highlights for me was that my dog was warmly welcomed. It’s rare to find a place that is so pet-friendly and accommodating.If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and reconnect with nature, I highly recommend it. My stay at Landhaus Oberaurach was fantastic! Great area, great hotel. You receive a warm welcome, the rooms are beautifully furnished, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet offers a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves. The walking area is very beautiful and quiet, is perfect for hiking, cycling and relaxation. The hotel is highly recommended!

Communication with Mr. Hohmann, the hotel manager who was probably responsible, was slow (no response to emails with specific appointment requests), then, after a telephone complaint, unfriendly, completely unmotivated and absolutely disrespectful. I have never experienced anything like this before and we have been dealing with a lot of hotel business for many years. He treated us like second class customers (which is probably what you are here if you want to redeem a voucher), absolutely unacceptable. You don't have to put up with it.

BE CAREFUL WITH VOUCHERSAll appointment requests with a voucher will be rejected. The hotel gives you an appointment according to the motto “Take it or leave it!” (Quote from the email from the hotel when I requested an appointment). If you don't accept it, you're out of luck and you'll have to let the voucher you've already paid expire.I have never experienced this before and can therefore only warn against vouchers for this hotel.
