The location of the hotel is great and the staff was also very friendly. Beautiful swimming pool and a large, varied breakfast menu for late risers until 12 p.m.!Unfortunately, I expected something different when it came to the rooms for the price. The size of 58m² was good for 3 people and 1 dog, but it absolutely needed renovation and was dirty! The mattresses were completely worn out. That meant pure back pain! The wallpaper was partially peeling off the wall and there were squashed mosquitoes everywhere on the wall, ceiling - it was really disgusting. I also had to remove cobwebs in 3 places. An absolute NO-GO for a 4 star hotel! To take a shower you had to climb over the high edge of the bathtub! This is no longer up to date!The single room that I had booked for our grandma, however, had already been renovated with a new bathroom (walk-in shower) and box spring bed! This was really nice, clean and absolutely recommended!

Breakfast is rich and leaves nothing to be desired. Room appropriate for the price.Lack of space in the breakfast room. Guests (not us, as we were there on time) had to wait for a free table.Parking lot was overcrowded. Parking spaces in the underground car park are very tight. Help from reception was slow but ultimately successful.

We surprised our friend, who was on treatment, over the weekend and had to reserve a table for 13 people at very short notice. The Dorint Hotel acted immediately and conjured up a great table for us. The wait staff, especially Paul, were super nice, courteous and considerate! Talkative and friendly! Only recommended. The receptionist that evening was also thoughtful when she gave our friend a bottle of champagne as a belated birthday present.Keep your colleagues!Thank you for the lovely evening!
