The apartment was borderline ok in terms of cleanliness, there were cleaning supplies lying around everywhere. Bathroom smelled unpleasant. Everything was very shabby, the beds were extremely worn out. Location was good. We had the fair on our doorstep and so much noise at night that we left early. When we asked the landlord why this wasn't pointed out when we booked (we were there with a small child), we only received short, very unfriendly answers. We wouldn't come back, there are much better things in SPO in the price league. I would advise against using the Hans-Jürgen Schulze agency as a rental. We had apartment 13 on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is very nicely and comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, the mattresses in both bedrooms were very sagging and we came back from vacation with back pain. The owner didn't seem nice. The apartment is on the second floor and you have to climb two flights of stairs, which is a challenge with luggage. You can get to the center in 10 minutes by car. Shops 2 minutes by car. It's a shame that the mattresses are so worn out. We had apartment 13 for 4 people.

Rooms are well furnished except for small errors in cleanliness (see picture)However, the owner (Fr Schulz) is unfriendly, abrupt and not easy to reach.
