A wonderful time was spent in this hotel, with a direct view of the Moselle and the vineyards

Unfortunately, my accommodation was not in the hotel, but in a guest house 300 meters away. Which means walking every day for breakfast and dinner. My room was on the basement level with no view of the surrounding nature but only the backyard with a view of bicycle racks and neighboring walls. Most of the staff was unfriendly and not customer oriented.I cannot recommend the hotel ☹️

The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. The equipment is functional. There are rooms in the main house, and there are rooms in the guest houses, but these can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot. The restaurant is visually not a highlight, but breakfast and dinner are very tasty and plentiful. We had half board and can only say: top value for money.

We booked 3 nights and half board. We slept in one of the guesthouses. Freshly renovated and everything is still new. We were very satisfied. Breakfast buffet very plentiful. The bread selection is preferable to the somewhat sticky rolls. Evening buffet very good and many offers. Very tasty and worth the price.

The room was ok, but the bathroom was very small with little storage space.Breakfast was good, but the evening buffet was like a canteen, and the price of €26.50 was incomprehensible. Some of the staff are very unfriendly! We wouldn't book again and wouldn't recommend it either.

A really great hotel,The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. A beautiful balcony with a great view of the Moselle. Also on the 1st floor. The restaurant is just great, a very good buffet with plenty of choice. The waiters and the entire staff are just incredibly friendly. Even better the second time than the first time.

Breakfast very extensive, dinner just great, large selection (several types of meat, fish, many different side dishes), as a buffet, waiting time at the buffet from 6:15 p.m.Rooms in the guest house were okay. Evaluate beds objectively: not possible. I found it soft, my wife found it hard. The bicycles you brought with you could be stored in the backyard of guest house 1. It's probably not worth taking with you for everyone. The bus stops right in front of the door. Day ticket to the Reichsburg in Cochem costs 10 euros. Easy to purchase via app.

The room was small, but comfortably furnished with beautiful wallpaper and tastefully coordinated curtains. The view of the Moselle was magnificent and the car traffic was only moderate; at night there was absolute peace. The old sliding door window was a bit drafty and unfortunately the heating wasn't set very high and was turned down at night, so it could have been warmer. The buffet had a great selection of dishes that tasted wonderful, there was something different every day, and there was also plenty of choice for vegetarians. The sauces were particularly tasty.Unfortunately, the food in the containers had not been warmed sufficiently and the plates had only been preheated moderately, so that we often only received lukewarm food. As soon as a dish came to an end, it was served early. There was no small bar or lobby where we could have enjoyed drinks in the evening. We could still sit in the dining rooms, but from 9:30 p.m. the set was set for the next day and we had to leave the room at 10:00 p.m clear. There was a nice wine bar 3 houses away.

We spend a few days in the hotel with half board. We live in one of several outbuildings. Rooms and furnishings are new and of good quality. breakfast andThe buffet-style dinners in particular are good and highly recommended. The hotel seems to be well booked and there are queues at the buffet. Waiters are smart and quick. Selection and quality good.
