Old building with a beautifully renovated apartment, the fitting in the kitchen was loose and the hot water supply was not optimal.

I'm a huge SPO fan. Since I no longer book my regular accommodation, I booked with Duggen. Uncomplicated booking, simple and transparent. I arrived on a Saturday - I was able to get the key from a safe with a PIN that was given to me in advance.The apartment was great for the price-performance ratio! Very clean, great facilities and also a very nice caretaker (I had contact with him because the heaters were being read).I booked my previous regular accommodation privately, but the property management was through Duggen. You can always look forward to very clean facilities. What's also great is that glass waste can be disposed of at the facilities. I can only recommend Duggen - I have booked twice again - a third booking for this year will follow.Keep it up!

I had a nice, quiet apartment in Bad. Everything you need for a vacation is there.I will definitely come again.The registration was super nice, friendly, polite and helpful.

I am assessing the discrepancy here between the categorization "luxury-comfort accommodation" on the homepage of the Jan Duggen Appartemtvmediation company and the actual appearance/condition of the holiday apartment Haus Westfalia, Zum Leuchtturm, Wohnung 3, St. Peter Ording - Böhl.This starts in the hallway, which smells slightly unpleasant, and the apartment door is so poorly fitted that there is a draft throughout the entire apartment. Clairaudience is the next topic: you sit in the living-dining area and when the dishes are being washed in the apartment below, you can hear the dishes rattling in the sink.Speaking of dishes, there wasn't ONE sharp knife (fortunately we always have a knife sharpener with us), the chef's knife is chipped and rusty. You can only touch the scissors with gloves and you could also clean the inside of the coffee machine. Not to mention the crumbs that greeted us on the dining table on the day of our arrival.The carpet in the sofa area is becoming a tripping hazard and the fact that there is no internet is, let's say, unusual these days.The beds... they may be box spring boards, but apparently from a discount furniture store. The mattresses are saggy, you sag a lot in the middle, that has nothing to do with the level of hardness. We have a box spring bed from Swiss Sense at home, there is no comparison. To avoid the back pain caused by the bed, I did what you do late with box spring beds. Should do every 4 weeks: rotate the mattress.That was really disgusting! No mattress protector! Used tissues at the headboard, everything covered in dust and stains on the duvet. I am at a loss for words!You can get along with the cute fan heater in the bathroom, even if you need thick socks for the floor to avoid getting frostbite on your feet given the current outside temperatures, but the mold stains in the shower and these milky dull shower walls, as well as that Film of dust stuck to the frame of the shower really has nothing to do with “luxury”.Of course everyone understands luxury differently, but this is pretty bold!*Addendum*: The review was written and published shortly after our vacation, but was blocked a few days ago due to some photos that allegedly did not meet the guidelines. If you then edit the review, the date of the editing day appears. This has now happened a second time, obviously someone here has a problem with critical statements.At the time of our booking, this apartment was classified as a luxury comfort apartment. Like many others, I had attached the photo, but I'm probably no longer allowed to do that.

We had very positive experiences. The accommodation, a 40sqm apartment (with balcony and beach chair!) was well equipped, modern and comfortably furnished. Nothing was missing! A coffee filter, some tea and a basic set of spices made arriving easy. Everything was very clean and in order. If you had any questions, the mediation team was always available to provide friendly advice and assistance.We can highly recommend this placement!
