It is very nice in Haus Ventus only when you are in apartment 1. There is no clock and there might be a small oven. better than the microwave but everything else is really nice

Again and again. Already been there twice and the next 2 stays are already booked. Clean, inexpensive, great location! If something is wrong (defects or something like that), someone will come and repair it immediately. So 100% recommended

The ground floor apartment is very nice, well furnished and, above all, extremely well equipped! Unfortunately there are only two beds in the children's room, even though it was rented for three children. The option of letting a child sleep on the couch in the living room was ruled out for understandable reasons. This meant that the three children slept in the parents' bedroom with an extra bed and we slept in the children's room. Nevertheless, an absolutely recommendable apartment!

We had a very nice week in apartment 2 in Haus Ventus.Modern and cozy atmosphere, very clean and easy to check in and out. The location is great. Very quiet, but central. We'd love to come back.

The house has 3 residential units. A large apartment on the ground floor and two smaller ones on the top floor. The apartment on the ground floor has a spacious garden. Apartment 1 in the top floor has a decent terrace. A bus stop with 3 lines within 25 seconds walking distance. All further information refers to apartment 1. The kitchen is small and only mediocrely equipped. No oven and the knives are really dull. You won't find a tea towel or replacement toilet paper. The toilet requires frequent ventilation. It smells again and again. If there are children in the house, there will be no relaxation. Everything is very noisy. The rent is okay for that.
