With affordable price, the room is really awesome! Have your own little kitchen with everything you need for cooking, clean room and bathroom. I have a very nice stay here. And the staff at reception is also very friendly.

Our stay at this apartment was a mixed experience, and I'd like to share a few things for future travelers to keep in mind. The apartment itself is spacious and spread over two floors, but unfortunately, it has seen better days. The technical issues were hard to overlook: the showerhead was loose, barely hanging on, and the doors of the shower cabin were practically detached from their hinges 🚿. The rooftop apartment lacks any sun protection, which causes it to heat up unbearably during the day, making it uncomfortable to stay in for long periods 🌞.The sofa bed in the living area was another disappointment—it was so worn out that it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep on it. While it's nice that there were kitchen appliances like a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, the coffee pods provided were unfortunately undrinkable ☕. Moreover, the bathroom had a persistent musty smell, which only got worse without constant ventilation. I wouldn't recommend drinking the tap water either, just to be on the safe side 💧.A small consolation was the peacefulness of the apartment, and the convenience of dropping off the key in a mailbox after checkout was appreciated. However, the overall value for money here is quite poor. I would suggest staying no more than 12 hours if possible.In summary, if you're looking for a short, quiet stay and can overlook some serious maintenance issues, this place might work. But if you're planning a longer trip, I'd recommend considering other options.

We slept very well. Beds were great. Rooms are okay for the price and in the center. We were able to store the motorcycles, great! The young man tried hard.

The room was cozy and nice. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. After we arrived we were kept waiting for almost half an hour. The reception by the employee was without greeting or any politeness. Too bad.

The stay at Pension Michelangelo was disappointing. The entrance was difficult to find and hidden, while the service proved impersonal and unfriendly. The maisonette apartment on the top floor was accessible via five winding and poorly lit stairs, which was already an obstacle. When I opened the door I was met with an intense smell of mold coming from the bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant. The lighting in the room seemed cold and impractical, in particular the single staircase to the upper floor without a railing was unlit, which was a challenge for me as a slightly visually impaired person. The coffee machine didn't work and the furniture seemed to be placed haphazardly and without enthusiasm, creating an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, I unfortunately cannot recommend the Pension Michelangelo.

Unfortunately not good!The room was very run down. An indefinable unpleasant smell greeted us in the room. The bathroom is slowly falling apart (shower door half broken, shelf above sink very wobbly, sink itself only half on the wall). Very limited selection of dishes. Built-in hotplates did not work. A single hotplate was available. Unfortunately the bed was also very uncomfortable because it was too soft. And I actually prefer to lie on softer mattresses...Unfortunately, the location facing the street was also very counterproductive for sleeping. From 7 a.m. at the latest, the street noise prevented sleep. The windows themselves weren't really soundproof either...All in all, a good place to sleep in the city, but nothing more!For the price of 35€ per night p.p. Unfortunately, the equipment and the condition were not in proportion. Very unfortunate...

Comfortable rooms, quite quiet. Italian waiter always helpful and kind. The Neapolitan pizza from the restaurant of the same name is decent: excellent dough, a little less toppings (and they forgot to add mushrooms). Advised!

This inexpensive, simple guesthouse is located in the middle of the city center, quite hidden. The room is clean and small, the bathroom tiny and dark. The service, well, a friendliness seminar could be recommended here.

Unfortunately I cannot give a review about an overnight stay.We should get our key at the reception or at the Italian restaurant around the corner. We couldn't meet anyone in either place.The telephone numbers provided could not be reached either.After waiting for 1 hour we canceled the room.Too bad too bad...

The guesthouse was really great. We had only registered 2 hours before our arrival in Eisenach and were able to get to the guesthouse without any problems. The room was beautifully furnished and for €100 for three people the rooms were incredibly good. Since the guesthouse is located in the city center, you didn't have to travel long distances to, for example, a kebab shop, a bakery or a cinema. The staff was very friendly. I would come back again.

Unfortunately the reception wasn't that friendly but that was probably due to the stress the young employee was under. He also works in the restaurant and there was plenty to do. The room was clean, well furnished and spacious. With a kitchen where you could enjoy your coffee in the morning, the coffee was available in a small bowl with sugar and milk. The small bathroom, perfectly adequate but a renovation is necessary. Otherwise we felt comfortable.

Although me and two friends arrived very spontaneously, we were able to spend another night there. The service was extremely nice and even provided us with two apartments. Another very positive aspect is the good location right near the center, cinema and the restaurant right next to it.Would be my first choice if I'm in Eisenach again. Top!
