What a wonderful hotel with attention to detail. The entire staff was friendly and courteous at all times. Fireplace room, poison booth - great. The family atmosphere really gives you the feeling of a second home. The breakfast is extra great. Extra point for the poison stall in the hallway.

Fantastic location, very lovingly furnished, wonderful atmosphere and very pleasant and great service. Also an absolute recommendation for dog lovers. From the dog basket, treats in the room and after the walk, extra water and shower, everything is there. Self-catering with drinks from the trust bar is possible on every course. Always my pleasure.We have now been guests three times and the experience has always been more than magical. Also recommended for larger groups. We were looked after very warmly and the options available were more than special. Wellness spa, media room, the Deichstube and the Pesel are an experience. Thanks to the entire team and Ms. Herbers. Keep it up.

We spent our first family vacation with our 10 week old son in this beautiful hotel and couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay! Without exception, every employee was friendly, both the breakfast buffet and the food in the restaurants were very tasty and the room was very clean! We particularly liked the idea of bunk bars.

Total disaster 😕 I don't know where to start, no fridge in the room, no hotel disposable shoes, the food in the restaurant a bit better than the cafeteria, the massage, which is overpriced, pure catastrophe, my friend was exposed by the lady called Steffi. I would like to see the details Don't publish that because that's an insult. Hi, she ended it with me after 30 minutes because she thought she was showing me exercises. Let's get back to the food. I've never eaten so badly before, so the fact is who eats well If you're used to it, you definitely shouldn't eat in a hotel restaurant

We really enjoyed the weekend in our second home, it was just great! Relaxed, uncomplicated, very attractive, well-maintained sauna rooms and relaxation rooms. We also found the small niches with draft beer to be tapped yourself or coffee or wine or or or... We felt very comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Nice hotel with limitations. The hotel follows the concept of feeling at home, which is reflected in the cozy, warm furnishings and the self-service bar with seating by the fireplace. That works so far.The spa area, which is heavily advertised on the website, is divided into two buildings, which is a shame because I don't want to walk from one area through the reception across the parking lot to the other building to have a warm foot bath. Unfortunately, when we arrived, a relaxation area was closed due to water damage and only 4 loungers were available for all guests.

We really liked the hotel in general, from the tasteful furnishings to the room, the good parking, the small but nice spas and the rich breakfast. The hotel can't help it because it's so far away from the water.The only downside was the rental of the e-bikes. It's ok that the bikes were €5 more expensive than the neighboring dealer...but we wasted almost 45 minutes because only the third bike worked and we had to pay the full price

It was indescribably beautiful. The hotel is so cozy and every detail is lovingly cared for. You can tell that it is run with passion and that the staff enjoy working in the atmosphere there. The rooms invite you to linger and the wellness area is wonderful.We recovered incredibly well and will definitely come back!
